Located in Thunder Island - Private Community. Across the street from Castle in the Sand Hotel and next to the Convention Center. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo on Ground floor overlooking the Bay. Amazing Sunset views!! Queen Bed in each Bedroom, with bedding. Two newly renovated Full Baths, one with large stand-up shower, other has shower with bathtub. Hair Dryers provided. Newly renovated kitchen with all cooking and eating necessities provided. Large open entertaining area with sectional couch, electric fireplace, and pub style dining area. Oversized porch with outdoor table/chairs and sitting area with gate access to go directly onto the docks. Washer and Dryer in unit. Wi-Fi included and TV/Cable in living room and bedrooms. Two parking spaces provided. Boat slips available. Fish directly outside the porch. Access to the outdoor community pool, and picnic area. This place is all about LOCATION- close to everything, but not close to the noise from any highway traffic or pedestrians. Available Year Round - great off season rates!

Amazing! Will be returning

This place was so great!! One of the nicest condos I have stayed in. Clean, cozy, updated amenities, modern and THE VIEW made me speechless when I walked in the door. We even had a little hot cocoa bar all set up for us since it’s the winter. The sheets were so soft and beds were comfortable. Everything I forgot to pack was provided there which really helped. (Laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, straws etc etc! Thank you Terry!!

Comfortable and great view

The condo was right on the bay and the view was very relaxing and peaceful. We are excited to rent this place again in the future. The inside was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful inside and out!

We love staying at Terry’s place. This is our second year and we have already booked our two weeks for next year. Everything we needed plus some! The condo is beautiful, clean and stocked! Perfect sunsets. Pool time was awesome and having our boats right there with us was an added feature which made everything perfect! Terry is an awesome host and communicates before and after check in. The cookies are an added plus too ❤️

Beautiful evenings on the bay!!!

Loved this unit...Terry was great on communications. This was a great location, quiet and during our week..also quiet on the water. The sunsets were beautiful and the deck was a great place for morning reading and my cup of tea.

It doesn’t get much better…..

Our weekend getaway was nothing less than perfect! You could tell the owner takes great pride and ownership! From basic necessities (toothbrushes, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc)… everything was covered!!! The unit is pristine!! We were welcomed with cookies and bottled water…. The views…. No words!!! We’re definitely coming back!!!

Amazing property

This condo was top of class. It was so clean and the location was right next to the convention center which was perfect. Situated right on the water, the views were fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property and great location!

Our son had a basketball tournament at the convention center and it was so nice to be able to walk back and relax between games. Beautiful views of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location for Convention Center Events

This unit was BETTER in person than in pictures. We arrived to a plate of cookies and water bottles in the fridge. The view is stunning, the home was spotless, and there were even spare toothbrushes in the bathroom - it’s almost like the hosts knew me (but they don’t) - I always forget SOMETHING random, and this time it was a toothbrush (and socks). We were in town for an event at the convention center and from past experience know parking can be a disaster, so booked here, and the weekend could not have been any easier. The weather was not great but we still managed to enjoy some patio time and get some great sunset photos on the bay. The first night there was heavy rain predicted (and delivered) and the host messaged me to warn me about where rainwater pools heavily on the road and to advise me of the best place to park my car. I cannot think of a single thing that could have made this stay easier or nicer (on the part of the host - I personally could have packed socks, and mother nature could have thrown us a bone haha!)

Sunsets to die for

The place was newly renovated and perfectly apportioned for a small group of friends. Comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities in every room. The host was appropriately, communicative and considerate. Our favorite part was sitting in the living room at the end of the day facing out at the bay through the entire wall of sliding glass door windows. The sunsets over the bay and made the whole trip worth it! You should definitely stay here. It was lovely.

Fabulous Bayside Condo

We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Festival and it was great! Location was perfect as we could hop on the bus right in front of the convention center. The condo was sparkling clean and Terry had thought of everything to make us feel at home…we loved snacking on the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived! We were also amazed at the view of the bay when we opened the condo door - beautiful. Terry made everything so easy for us and he was also super responsive to messages. Best VRBO experience ever! Thanks Terry!

Wonderful place to stay

Terry’s place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great too - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The view of the bay from the deck was everything. My husband enjoyed easy access to the pier for fishing. We went to the pool several times. It wasn’t crowded and the water temperature was perfect. We also liked that we could walk to the beach at Castle in the Sand/Coconuts where we could grab drinks and food to take on that part of the beach. Terry was very responsive and a great host. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in OC - highly recommend!

Girls trip 2023

We loved our stay, property was great. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the bay from the porch. Nice extras supplied. Chocolate Chip Cookies on arrival were a nice touch. Quick walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend!
