Elegant two bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. This apartment still has the decorated original ceilings, and mosaic floors.
Each bedroom has one double bed (140x200cm and 135x190cm) and the sofa-bed in the living room is 135x190cm. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. Though, the occupancy of 4 would ideal.

There is a private terrrace with table and chairs.
Please note note currently we do not accept stays of group of guests under 30 y.o., which are unaccompanied by adults over 30 y.o.
We kindly remind you that parties of any kind are not allowed in the apartment and the terrace. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please note it is very important to be very respectful towards the neighbors, to keep the noise down during the day and not make noise at all from 10PM to 8AM.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We were only in Barcelona for a couple of days following a cruise and spent all of our time out and about. We were only in the apartment to shower and sleep, so I really can't comment on any other features of the apartment. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure, so it met all our needs.The surrounding neighborhood had everything that we needed and we were able to walk to everything.Booking, check-in and communication were great!

It was cool and charming. The location is walkable to transportation and local restaurants. We got to check in a bit early which was helpful. It had all the promised amenities and we were very comfortable. The manager was helpful and responsive.

Liliana, the manager in charge of the apartment was very efficient and kind when we needed any help. Check in was smooth with leaving our bags in their storage until CI time. The apartment has central AC that works very well and is very comfortable with a full kitchen. The location was great, walking distance to Sagrada Familia but also on plenty of bus routes. The apartment is on the second floor with stairs up to the elevator. It was no problem and we used the stairs most of the time. There are restaurants and most amenities nearby.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated air conditioning in the unseasonably hot summer month of August. Foam pillows on the beds are remarkable. I want to get the same, once I return home.It was well supplied with dishes, silverware and seasonings such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, also tea and instant coffee. The location served us well as it is a short walk away from La Sagrada Familia, La Casa Batllo, and city bus routes.I was disappointed in the dirty floor. After walking barefoot on it one evening, my feet were filthy. I bought socks to use as slippers thereafter.In all, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The accommodation is impeccably equipped and perfectly located, with seamless access to public transport, particularly the metro, making it effortless to explore the city. Apartment was exactly as described and in a perfect location for exploring the city. We were able to walk to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia and there were several excellent restaurants and coffee places nearby. Communication was easy, the Host was accommodating and easy to reach.

It was a lovely stay. We were 6 adults and the apartment is like the photos. Sunny, welcoming, near Sagrada Familia and the host was easy to communicate with. For the price, it is very good. The beds are not so comfortable unfortunately and it could be cleaner. We were happy with our stay overall!

We enjoyed our stay - can't beat the location! Air conditioning was a huge PLUS after hot days of sight-seeing. The check-in process and host communication was excellent throughout our visit. The apartment was extremely clean (one exception was the shower).

Nice location but apartment had one toilet not working and took 2 days to fix. Had sewage smell. The iron didn’t work and had broken cord. The washer dryer combination left even things that don’t wrinkle very wrinkled. Our international plan only covers text and so difficult to communicate with manager. There are stairs to get to elevator which isn’t mentioned in description. The place is smaller than appears in pictures. Bathrooms are both by front door so kind of weird layout.

Wow this apt is soo cute exactly what I was looking for! It was just like the pictures, historic and Barcelona at its finest! The apt was really clean which I really appreciate and look for, there were more than enough towels, there was AC so needed. The location is perfect you can walk or catch public transportation which we did frequently! Great place
