Charming 2 BR, 2BA cottage with a loft nestled in the woods less than 2 miles from Tugaloo State Park, 45 minutes from Clemson or Helen GA. The park is great for picnics, swimming and hiking. You may also enjoy the privacy of our Neighborhood roads which are also great for walks to get closer to nature. Pontoon boats are available to rent at a nearby marina.

New Years Getaway!

My friends and I had a great stay! There were plenty of dishes for 6 of us. We also enjoyed the fire pit outside. The host was very kind, check in and out process was very easy! Hoping to return in the future!!

Great place to stay

This place is even better than the pictures,which is pretty rare. Super clean, great location. We had zero issues so we didnt have to contact owner.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

We loved our time here! The cottage was cozy and inviting. My son was obsessed with loft area! We were able to have a quiet R&R getaway and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday, what a nice place to go and I hope we can come again!

Loved this beautiful clean cottage getaway! We went to Ga ballgame in Athens on Saturday, just one hour away and Toccoa Falls, this is beautiful!

Great place and better hosts

The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone.

Wonderful lake stay

The house was clean and new and exactly as listed/pictured. It is a short walk from their shared dock and very nice that they provide a golf cart for you that you can drive and park at their dock. Appreciated that it is pet friendly. House is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and having a comfortable stay.

Vacation on Lake Hartwell

The property was amazing in that everything in the house was very stylish and clean. The amenities were excellent. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A fire pit was available but we did not use. We thought there was a view of the lake from the house but there wasn’t. The owners provided a golf cart to use to go to the lake. Overall the owners provided all the necessities for a fun Lake vacation. The owners were friendly and helpful in making sure everything was provided!

Long weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying on the lake at this property. I hope to be able to do it again in the future. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the front porch. We enjoyed using the shared dock to swim and fish.

Family Reunion

We throughly enjoyed our four day stay in this immaculate, cozy home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk the neighborhood with our dog safely with very little traffic! A delightful getaway! We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable home again!

Great stay!

We enjoyed the quaint, cozy, and comfortable cabin nestled up in the woods. Our friends rented the house next door and it was convenient to go back and forth on the little trail between the two houses. The house was very comfortable and clean, and a lot of attention was given to the comfort of guests in their stay.

Relaxing getaway!

My husband, myself and our two pups spend a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the cabins proximity to Tugaloo State Park and Toccoa Falls. Definitely recommend for a quiet weekend in nature.

Perfect family getaway!

This property is amazing. We had a wonderful time and left feeling so very relaxed. Our children loved the loft! It was nice to have been able to bring our dogs along with us as well. We cannot wait to come back here!

Great first VRBO experience!

Beautiful home and setting. Were there for a family wedding in the area and other family members including smaller children stayed in the home next door. They chose these properties to be close to lake but not have to worry about the littles wandering around the water - perfect! Plenty of space to convene but also relax.

Cute house!

This house was the perfect get a way for our family and friends! It’s updated, clean and comfortable. The golf cart was a hit with the kids and super convenient to get to the lake (1 minute ride). Bonus was being able to bring our 2 goldendoodles! We would definitely rent this house again!
