Walnut Mews - Quiet Creekside townhome next to Pearl Street

Mews [myo͞oz] noun (British) - a row or street of houses that have been converted from stables or built to look like former stables.

Our two-story townhome with a two-car garage is nestled in a quaint, quiet creekside complex. With a living room, a full kitchen on the main level, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you will have plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids.

Have your cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful common gardens or on a second-floor balcony off the master with a view of the creek.

If you are not in the mood to explore many great Boulder restaurants in the neighborhood, cook your own meal in a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new Bertazzoni appliances, including an induction range. We provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil.

Get cozy by a wood-burning fireplace in the evening. The TV has cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora for your entertainment. The living room sectional can comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.

Upstairs south-facing master bedroom has a partially vaulted ceiling, ensuite bath, and an outdoor balcony with seating. The 2nd bedroom is facing North and is more spacious and has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have deluxe queen-size beds with plush bedding and iron-pressed crisp white 100% cotton linens. Big fluffy towels add even more comfort to your stay. Bathrobes and candles are for maximum relaxation after a long day.

High-efficiency steam washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your laundry needs, but please leave house laundry for professionals. Detergent is provided.

Parking in Boulder's downtown area is challenging sometimes. However, with an onsite private parking and an attached two-car garage, it could not be easier for our guests. You can simply leave your car and walk everywhere. And we have two bikes for our guests to cruise Boulder paths in style!
It is an easy walk to Pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, where all the action and all the best restaurants are. Our historic Whittier neighborhood is a walker's paradise, with lovingly tended gardens, magnificent shade trees, and gorgeous Victorian homes.

Great townhouse in an amazing location. It was the perfect place to stay as a home base while we moved our son into his dorm at CU. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to Pearl Street which we loved. My husbands truck didn’t fit in the garage - but we felt totally safe parking it in the parking lot. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Vacation

Irina made our vacation perfect. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities. The townhouse is decorated so nicely, with extra touches of wine and chocolates. And the location is so close to shopping, restaurants, and walking/biking trails. We will definitely return. BTW, check out the Farmers Market if you get a chance!

Perfect Boulder property

We stayed at the property for the 3rd time on a visit to our son who is a CU Boulder student. The location is perfect for walking or biking to Pearl Street and the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods (bikes provided). We also have loved having a garage for our car and a place to store our skis while in town. The space is just as pictured, super comfortable and well-stocked with everything you could need. The Nespresso machine and milk foamer are the perfect extras to make this place feel like a treat.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO property. Irina, the host, could not have been more welcoming. The property is located in a very convenient spot in Boulder. Every amenity that you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. We were in town for a wedding so it was terrific to be near the area hotels and also not far from the local grocery stores. This townhouse was perfect. The host was easy to get in touch with. The location in Boulder was really convenient. Pearl St is one block away with all the shops and restaurants, and UC is close enough to easily walk. The neighborhood was nice and friendly. The house was super clean and in order. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were high quality. The furnishings were comfortable and very nice. There is a small front porch and a second floor balcony, which we enjoyed. There is a 2 car garage, with 2 bikes. We loved our stay. Next time we come to Boulder, we would stay here again. Highly recommend!!!! 10/10

Pleasant place and good location

This place was in a great location to downtown Boulder / Pearl street. While the weather did not permit us to walk to our dinners it would have been close enough otherwise. The house itself was very nice. We had robes in our rooms which was a very nice touch as our family were in close quarters getting ready. The beds were comfortable and every thing we needed was provided at the house. I also enjoyed having a garage for our decile and access to bikes. Thank you for opening your home. It was great!
