To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay.I would mention, someone should look at the washer, it works, but is very loud and shakes badly when in use.

Great location, right across the road from the beach! Clean and comfortable,.

We would definitely stay here again. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all walking distance. The condo was great! Did not disappoint, it was a perfect place for a couple to stay for a perfect holiday!

Very nice condo

Great condo! Very clean and updated interior. Pools and property are well kept. Easy access to the beach. Great restaurants close by.

Great property near beach. Well equipped with all the tie needed for short or longer term stays..

We had a great time at this property! Everything was ready and check in process was smooth. We felt very welcomed and this place made a very positive impression on us. It is very close to a beach that is not too crowded and has access to a lot of local businesses and restaurants. Feels modern and we loved the ocean vibe and decor. We would rent here again! High recommend!

Nice Apartment

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully renovated condo. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the beach. We loved our stay here. You make everything so easy from check-in to all the conveniences of home without being home. Thank you! It is always so nice to be able to walk such a short distance to the beach. The sunsets are amazing! Conveniently located to just about anything you could want - restaurants, bars, shopping, shave ice and the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful condo! Amazing location!

Our overall stay at this condo was wonderful! It was very clean & well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The photos show exactly what to expect inside. Everything has been remodeled. We are here for business and we've stayed in several places. One thing that I really enjoyed was being able to open the doors at both ends of the condo for a beautiful breeze. Not all places have this. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most important, the beautiful Kamaole beaches!

long time vacationers

we were not happy to see that the grounds were not kept in the same condition as previous years. The leaves that fell from the trees were not picked up for weeks making walking to the pool gate very risky for the elder people

Stay in Maui

We had a great time in Maui. We typically do not spend much time in our condo, so it didn’t bother us having this small space to hangout in. We did feel as though there could be a recliner or living room chair of some sort to allow for more seating, the couch wasn’t too comfortable for us 3 to lounge on together in the evening. We also could hear a lot of noise from the bedroom in the evening as people walked by or closed doors, other than that, we enjoyed the condo and the location near the Kamaole beaches and the space felt clean which was appreciated.

Hawaii Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit, overall, was very nice. It's very well located, has everything you will need. We were able to walk to most places, in the area. The only complaint that we would have is,we don't think the cleaning company cleaned the floor, before we got there.I was walking around and noticed my socks were very dirty.

We loved Maui!

Our stay in Kihei was great! The check in process was extremely easy. We arrived at night but it was no problem to check in at the office in the morning. The location of the property was right across the street from a few beaches and it was a very short drive to even more beaches in the south! Shops and restaurants are just around the corner from the property and walking over to them in the evening with the sunset view was glorious. The property worked for us but was quite tight with two older kids sleeping on the hideabed. Spaces were nicely decorated but the place could use a deep clean. The outside spaces however were beautiful and immaculately maintained!

This unit is a one bedroom and one bath...it sounds like if you have older kids/teenagers that you could have used a two bedroom. Sofa beds are generally only comfortable for children and we always recommend regular beds for teens and adults. Mahalo for your feedback.

It's in a fantastic location right across the street from the beach with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with anything you could need for the beach and household items. It is very well maintained as well as the whole complex. Everything was very clean. The bedroom windows do face the walkway and you can hear noise but the quiet hours made sure there weren't many disturbances at nice. This is a really nice quiet area that gives small beach town feel. During our stay there was construction in the street from the floods, but we didn't mind because it cut down on traffic! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and hopefully when we come back to Maui we will be staying here again!

We were a family of 4 and we found it very comfortable. Condo was very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Would definitely consider renting again. Some minor comments that would have enhanced our stay: suggest purchasing new bed linens...they were old and with holes. Clean sofa - cushions were slightly stained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the condo a bit last minute (considering summer is a peak season), but so glad with what we got!! Kihei Akahi D113 is everything we need to stay comfortably in Maui. People mentioned about the possible loud from outside when someone walk because the bedroom is next to the aisle, but we don't have much trouble sleeping. They have 2 ACs, one on the living room and one on the bedroom. Both works well and made our stay very convenient!It is super close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen has everything necessary to switch between preparing meals at home and eating out. The balcony has a pool view and a nice place to see sunset/sunrise if we are not going to the beach. There are three Kamaole beaches nearby; the closest one is Kamaole II which is precisely in front of Kihei Akahi -- and also my favorite!!

Great location, loved condo

Great condo, very clean with lots of amenities including some food essentials to get started (ie. spices, sugar, etc). Very clean and well-kept, excellent service and communication with PMI.The downside was this condo complex had very strict rules that impacted families with kids, teenagers. For example, no playing on grass (not even catch) and many pool rules like no splashing, jumping, games or pool toys if any kind, not even a ball. Security guy was ultra serious about his job putting a damper on the fun for our kids. Also, quiet time and pool closed at 9pm. Seemed too early, as 10pm would be more reasonable. Also bedrooms were off all the hallways with windows as sound-proof as paper so early morning noise was quite disruptive to those still sleeping.
