We had a very relaxing extended Fourth of July weekend at The Pearch. Cameron and Jenn our hosts were welcoming and the grounds are so quiet and beautiful. We plan on returning very special place, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed as well.

Very relaxing stay, yet close to all the conveniences of Palisade. Walks down to the river make the trip. Great place to sit and watch the ducks, and mule deer. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay in palisade. The house was great, it was clean, and had everything we needed. The property was even better with a ton of beautiful sites to explore with our family every morning. The location was excellent, right next to a park and trails that made it easy to bike around palisade without having to bike on the road too much. The hosts were great and super responsive when we had some bugs (it is on a farm after all) and immediately fixed the issue. We had a great time, would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

Beautiful relaxing place to stay. The walks around the property and down by the river was a daily treat. Enjoyed the views from the patio. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Getaway!

The property was clean and host very kind and friendly. The location is great as it gives you a feel of privacy and seclusion but is still so close to all the local restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at The Perch several times, and have always found it comfortable and inviting. It's especially good if you are traveling with a dog, because it is right next to the wonderful, dog-friendly Riverbend Park. Cameron and Jen are always available to make sure everything is working well. It's a beautiful property, well worth the money.
This is the morning view looking just out the door.
This is a magical clearing in the woods where I saw a red fox.

Great Location and Property

We loved our stay here, very clean and nicely decorated property with everything we needed, including suggestions for what to do, where to eat. The property itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed dining outdoors, watching the sunset, taking walks, and our dog loved the beautiful lawn!

Definitely would recommend this property! Owners onsite, checked in on us shortly after our arrival to make sure all was well, spacious rooms, wonderful property with many trails as well centrally located to Palisades many fine wineries. We will return to this property.

Repeated visit for us. Host lives on property and waved hello, made visible his accessibility if we needed anything.Unit is indeed fully furnished. Setting is excellent, adjacent to park/bike path, and backs to the river.

Beautiful property

Felt like home, without the work. So relaxing and beautiful. Close to walking trails and wineries, and anything else you may need. The owner checked in made sure we were comfortable. Lovely place.

Second stay. Love the land and views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great walking trails. Super comfortable bed. Not sure who loves it more, my dog or me!
