Boonedocks at Cottages of Romar (Cottage #19) gives new meaning to the word boondocks, especially by way of luxury and comfort! This newly listed 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house will surely offer you a great vacation in a location that is far from remote. Upon entry, you will notice the house is updated and stocked with many features, including WiFi, multiple flat screen TVs throughout, stainless steel appliances, a standalone ice machine, and a washer & dryer. These and other features, along with the inviting, open floor plan, make entertaining a breeze. Plenty of seating for dining and relaxing is also available, and you can enjoy the fresh beach air from inside or on one of the house's decks. Since Boonedocks is situated close to the guest zero-entry pool and the boardwalk to the white-sand beach, either is an easy choice for cooling off or hanging out!
Once you are ready to retire, the four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, will surely please. There is a King in Bedroom 1, a Queen in Bedrooms 2 & 3, and two Twin-over-Twin bunks in Bedroom 4, making this house perfect for any group. You will need to make sure you get your rest so you can enjoy many of the local attractions, such as Gulf State Park, Adventure Island, The Wharf, OWA & The Hangout, just to name a few. But if you still just want to get away from it all, at the guest pool or on the beach watching the sunset, come stay at the Boonedocks!

You really cannot do any better than this amazing property and management team. The pictures and location speak for themselves, it’s fantastic. The property team was reasonable and readily available- even on a holiday weekend!!! Total home run, thanks so much for an amazing vacation!!

Family Christmas Vaction
The facility was very designed for family get togethers and other small groups. The location was ideal for any activity ranging from sitting out, dinner or live entertainment, oh by the way the best beach in the south.

We had a fabulous week with our three grown children and their partners. This is the second time we have stayed at Cottages at Romar. The location is wonderful and accommodations are top notch. This home was large and open and perfect for a family trip. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, elevator was very handy. A great vacation.

This was the best place we have stayed at! Plenty of room and we loved being close to the pool! The walk to the beach was very easy! This was very close to all the restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for family
Great location close to multiple restaurants and shopping venues. Because we like to go during Mardi Gras we can see parades right down the street.

Family Trip 2025
Boonedocks is in a perfect location and has room for family to enjoy game nights and eating in.
It's just a walk down the boardwalk to the Beach and has an incredible neighborhood pool. We enjoyed our trip and Boonedocks was perfect for us. It's a family friendly rental and neighborhood.

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful time at the Boonedocks cottage! The rooms were immaculate and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat for the price!
