Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, a 65" curved UHD TV, and a private patio. A hose to shower off out back. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders for patio access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a 32" flat screen TV. A second full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Wonderful Beach Condo!

Walk to the beach or sit with your feet in the sand right off your patio! This place was great for my family of 4. I have two young sons (5yrs and 3yrs old) so to have a huge condo was really helpful. It was also perfect being on the 1st floor! My boys loved being able to walk right outside and build sand castles and play in the sand without having to walk to the beach.The condo was very clean and had everything you would need! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect Vacation

Just as pictured. Very relaxing vacation we loved walking right out the back door to the sand & the grandsons loved playing in it ❤️ we will definitely be back & I highly recommend!! I also really liked check in & out process so easy.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We had an amazing mini vacation here! The condo was better then expand the beach out the back sliding doors was awesome! Loved it.

Excellent experience

Property is as described. Beautiful condo and met our needs. Our 3 y/o thoroughly enjoyed the 1st floor stay with the sand at our backdoor step. The walk to the beach super short and again highly enjoyed the ease of access. I highly recommend rental of this property. Jennifer was wonderful and very accomodating, as well as getting our left laundry on the way back to us. Thanks for the memories!!!

Surf dweller 112

Perfect location to the beach! We loved being able to walk out on the patio and have our feet directly in the sand. No hassle with the elevator or stairs. Will definitely be back!

Father's Day Weekend retreat

This was for a end of life celebration. I have not seen a better property on the island. Do yourself a favor and book while you can . You won’t be disappointed at all , in fact you won’t want to leave !

Great family friendly place right on the beach

I would definitely come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids kids 3 and under. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

Great family space/Beach access

Snag this condo! This space provided great beach access right on the sand. Very clean condo with clean floors! I will suggest an internal top lock on the main door to prevent the kids from going out. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect!! Will not be disappointed!!

This condo was definitely the perfect place to stay. Right on the beach, not far at all from restaurants and activities. Super clean and the bed was so comfy! Fully stocked kitchen came in handy! Kids had games to play so they stayed occupied when coming in from the beach or pool. Totally recommend this place! Communication was excellent as well!! Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful place. Right on the beach. First floor. Sliding doors went right onto the beach. With our one year old granddaughter it was so easy to tote her things out.

Our Florida Home

Our Florida go to! This condo has everything you need plus some, from the large kitchen that you can cook anything in, to the wonderful living room that seats as many people as you have. Not to mention the beds are extremely comfortable and the views and memories you get from hanging out on the back porch are unforgettable. We don’t own this condo, but we refer to it as our Florida home. Not to mention the wonderful restaurants that are just a short walk away. This is a must stay!

Perfect

This unit was beautiful. Had more than enough beach towels, and bath towels/rags. Very spacious and accommodated my family of 10. Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sliding glass doors to a nice concrete patio, and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! It was perfect.

overall great experience

Only gave four stars because wifi did not work and cell service was terrible. The bedroom glass door had a note not to use and the living room patio door was difficult to open and close. But everything else I give five stars. It was clean and welcoming.

This place was really perfect for us. Plenty of room in the condo, the patio area was incredible with an awesome view, close to the beach and the beach service was awesome. Very nice to have the extra chairs and umbrellas provided with the room. The pull out couches were actually really comfortable which is unheard of! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed for all of our meals. The whole experience was really awesome! You can also step right off the back patio and check the flags to determine if it's an ocean day or a pool day! The only negatives we had were the pool could use a little maintenance and cleaning attention and the timers for the lights on the tennis courts did not function properly but it certainly did not put a damper on our trip. My understanding is these items are maintained by an HOA. Overall awesome experience!!!

This property was amazing! Very clean, and just steps away from the beach. The beach chair service was awesome. Having all tile & no carpet was great because of sandy feet with kids. Not complaints, just info for future guests: - The wi-fi was spotty & slow, so if you need good access (for work or other important internet communications), you'll definitely want to have a hot spot with you. - This condo sleeps up to 10. If you plan on cooking for 10, you'll want to bring larger cookware (skillet, pots, etc). Also, there's no Tupperware for storage in the unit so you will want to bring that as well.

Fantastic condo! We can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at the Surf Dweller unit 112. The condo is exactly as pictured. When we arrived late at night, we easily accessed the unit with the provided door code. It was nice to be able to check in at a time that was convenient for us. Our first impression of the condo upon walking is was "WOW"! The unit is large, well cared for, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is spacious and has a ton of cabinets and counter space. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas that both have pull out beds. Both the bedrooms were large and the beds were also very comfortable. Some basic cleaning supplies were provided and also trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap. The best part of this condo is the spacious first floor patio with easy access to the beach and a view of the beautiful sand and ocean! There is a ton of outdoor seating and even some beach chairs and toys. The owner provides beach service in season and we greatly enjoyed being able to use the service. They also provide a ton of nice oversized beach towels! The complex also offers a great pool and a toddler pool. These were never crowded and provided a great break if we got tired of the sand for a few hours. The location of the condo is amazing as well. It is perfectly situated close to Destin and Ft. Walton Beach for shopping and dining options. There is a Publix grocery store 5 minutes away and a Walmart about 10 minutes away. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo and we can't wait to come back. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you!
