Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, a 65" curved UHD TV, and a private patio. A hose to shower off out back. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders for patio access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a 32" flat screen TV. A second full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Excellent experience

Property is as described. Beautiful condo and met our needs. Our 3 y/o thoroughly enjoyed the 1st floor stay with the sand at our backdoor step. The walk to the beach super short and again highly enjoyed the ease of access. I highly recommend rental of this property. Jennifer was wonderful and very accomodating, as well as getting our left laundry on the way back to us. Thanks for the memories!!!

The place was beautiful. It was spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen area was large enough to accommodate our family of 7 comfortably. The walk to the beach was just out the door. Definitely recommend. A 10/10 for sure. Such a peaceful beach trip.

Perfect Vacation

Just as pictured. Very relaxing vacation we loved walking right out the back door to the sand & the grandsons loved playing in it ❤️ we will definitely be back & I highly recommend!! I also really liked check in & out process so easy.

This place was really perfect for us. Plenty of room in the condo, the patio area was incredible with an awesome view, close to the beach and the beach service was awesome. Very nice to have the extra chairs and umbrellas provided with the room. The pull out couches were actually really comfortable which is unheard of! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed for all of our meals. The whole experience was really awesome! You can also step right off the back patio and check the flags to determine if it's an ocean day or a pool day! The only negatives we had were the pool could use a little maintenance and cleaning attention and the timers for the lights on the tennis courts did not function properly but it certainly did not put a damper on our trip. My understanding is these items are maintained by an HOA. Overall awesome experience!!!

Great family friendly place right on the beach

I would definitely come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids kids 3 and under. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

This was for a end of life celebration. I have not seen a better property on the island. Do yourself a favor and book while you can . You won’t be disappointed at all , in fact you won’t want to leave !

This unit was beautiful. Had more than enough beach towels, and bath towels/rags. Very spacious and accommodated my family of 10. Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sliding glass doors to a nice concrete patio, and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! It was perfect.

Our once in awhile beach house

We love this place. Plan on coming every year that we can!! We have stayed in other units when this is booked and they are nice too but this is our favorite. Easy renting and so easy to work with. Communication and customer service is excellent!!

Perfect week!

Our stay at the surf dweller was absolutely perfect! You get to wake up and hear the beach, catch lizards, or build sand castle by just walking straight out the back door! It’s was perfect for our family.

Great family space/Beach access

Snag this condo! This space provided great beach access right on the sand. Very clean condo with clean floors! I will suggest an internal top lock on the main door to prevent the kids from going out. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to the beach! We loved being able to walk out on the patio and have our feet directly in the sand. No hassle with the elevator or stairs. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Location for a family

We have been coming to Florida off and on for years now…. This location is our favorite! We decided to go on vacation with my husband’s grandparents and our children, we knew we wanted something convenient and safe. His grandma has trouble with her knees, so being on bottom floor, right on the beach, helped her enjoy her vacation even more. We also have have children ages 2-8. We knew we did not want to try and cross busy highways with them so this was also a big plus allowing them to play in the sand while waiting for others to get ready to head to the beach. Cleanliness, updated, and great communication from the host. Definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful place!

Super clean, everything provided, even towels for your time on the beach. Location at the bottom corner gives you very easy access to the waterfront. An older unit, but all new furnishings; beds super comfy too! Now if only the property had EV charging, but can't fault the unit for that. Overall wonderful stay!
