This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, and a gulf front private balcony with direct gulf views. A wet bar for those fun cocktail hours. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Second full-size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The condo itself in very nice! The view is amazing, the patio is perfect. The decor and dishes were on point, they were very thoughtful with stocking the entire condo. It was very clean and inviting. They were very good with communication. My only issue was The checkin time is very late. We hadn't been there too long before they were sending emails about checking out. The check out time is so early and the last hour is spent adhering to the clean up rules. So all in all for over $900 you get about 36 hours. An hour earlier on check in and at least an hour later for check out would have made this an AMAZING trip.

Clean, great location

The location is amazing: right on the beach with all the amenities you need. Property was a little older with some "dents and scratches" but very clean and felt comfortable and spacious. Two reasons for the 4* rating would be 1) the king sized bed in the master was not comfortable - big dip in the middle 2) the condo is not sound proof - we had noisy neighbors the first couple and could hear everything (bring ear plugs) but overall it was a GREAT condo and a great stay. We would stay again (especially if #1 got resolved).

Loved our stay!

We had such a great time here! The condo is a great lay-out and very spacious, as is the balcony. The condo felt clean and had all the basics we needed to get started, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was easy to park. Easy to get to the beach, pool, etc. We do have a couple recommendations. Traveling with a toddler, we noticed there is no way to lock the main door from the inside of the condo. Also, the master bathroom is in great need of an upgrade.

Great place

We came in to see family for the weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. Beautiful views, quiet, literally right on the gulf. One of the cleanest and kept places we have stayed in a long time. Would recommend 100 times over!

Great hosts

This is our 2nd year coming back to the exact same room. The owners/host listened to the reviews and had made changes to the room since last years visit. Made this time much more enjoyable. We will continue coming back.

Spacious condo with amazing view of the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was two families with kids and we each had our own room and bathroom! The condo was clean, spacious, and cozy! We enjoyed the very large balcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The condo building was in a great location close to good food! We loved being able to be so close to the beach, especially with small children!

Labor Day

Everything was as describe. The only negative is that the mattresses were terrible and need replacing. They were so uncomfortable that I woke each night in pain and had to get up. Another family member chose to sleep on the couch instead of the bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Great location and large unit

This unit is huge and in a great location. Beach area was not crowded and the umbrella and chair service was great. Could always find a spot in the parking lot. Unit could use some updating, carpet is old and full of sand, had to buy more kitchen towels. Overall a great location, great view, but a little old and in need of some updates.

This was the worst condo we have ever stayed in. There were roaches, floor was dirty, furniture was sticky, walls were dirty, bathrooms were dirty and toilet handle did not work properly. It did not smell or feel clean. Not to mention pool was in parking lot and it was dirty as well. Extremely disappointed and will never be coming back. We even left early because there was a roach!

Destin condo

Interior of condo was good, except the ceiling lights and fans could not be turned on/off from wall switch. You had pull the chain for each. I was tall enough to reach them, my wife was not. The condo building needed repairs. One of the elevators was repaired during our stay. Bathrooms needed some kleenx. Parking was close, view of gulf was great, beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. Overall, much better than a hotel.

Awesome location!

Some updates have been made, needs some paint and carpet replaced. We knew about the carpet from previous post. Easily accommodated my father in law on a walker, wider doors and doorways. Great view. One elevator was broken the whole week we were there. Maybe a parts supply problem. Otherwise clean and had everything we needed for the most part. Would recommend another large fry pan so that you can cook more than one breakfast item at a time.

Excellent Condo!

This Condo was exactly as described and the customer service was fantastic. We were informed of very minor inconveniences before we arrived and they were helpful anytime we had questions! This condo has the perfect view of the beach and it's not a far drive from anything you want to do! I would definitely recommend this property or others from the Kimbery Lang group anytime!

Clean Condo

Condo was very clean but lacked dishes, and several lights did not work. Master bath needs updating. Dining chair was broken. Did enjoy the table and chairs on balcony.

Nice but could use new carpet and paint.

We enjoyed our stay but the condo is in need of a freshening up. Such as paint, replacing the old worn our carpet. The fans in the unit are both broken and don't work on all speeds. One of the kitchen drawers is broken. The vanity in the master bath is very old and falling apart.
