Across the street from the beach and Perfect Family Getaway. Permit#2016-506183

The entire outside of building has just gotten a complete re-do! The building looks like new. We replaced all wood, trim and re-stucco and painted the building.

All furniture and appliances are like new. The kitchen has very nice stove, refrigerator and micro wave. Also includes dishwasher and large pantry.

The Master has one King Bed with nice relaxing bedroom furniture with beautiful night stands and lamps on each. Second Room has one queen size bed and one full size bed with nicely decorated artwork. It also includes a night stand between beds with beautiful lamp.

ALL mattresses are new! We purchased new beds in July 2022.


Living Room has couch and love seat with a 55" HD TV . It is a two minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach.

Very well kept condo with a private swimming pool behind the 8 plex. No condo is better decorated than this on the Island.

Every piece of artwork was picked by my wife and I and we just recently decided to rent it so that you can enjoy the blessings we have. We just joined VRBO in 2019 and that is why the price is EXCEPTIONAL!

Nothing was spared when furnishing this beautiful place.

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The price on the listing is for 4 people. A small additional charge will be added for the 5th and 6th persons.

The Best

This is our 3rd time to stay here. It is the clearest and nicest place we have stayed at. It is a very short walk to the beach, clean pool, and just a beautiful place. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place with easy access

This was a great place to stay with easy access to all the places we wanted to go. The house was clean and well kept. I will stay here again if/when I come to the island again.

Great Family Getaway!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The communication with the owner and VRBO was quick. Instructions were clear. Everything was nice, clean and the beach access was very easy, takes two minutes to walk to the beach right across the street. I would certainly stay here again.

Not sure we could have imagined a better vacation or place to stay. It was incredibly clean when we arrived. The beds we so comfortable. I slept so well. The couch and recliners were also very comfortable. The Dollar General was on the same street, so it was super easy to grab things. We had the most incredible time and can't wait to vome back! w

First Condo rental. Very nice!

Awesome experience. A block from the beach and loved the private pool. Restaurant on the same street. This is now on the list as a yearly vacation spot.

Stayed two nights at a very nice condo on the island. Condo was clean and comfortable. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay Beach was fantastic. Roy is a great communicator. Would stay hear again.

Great stay.

The unit was as described. Wonderful decorations. Beds were so comfortable. Although it was cloudy and misty all week, it beat the temps where we live. Across street from beach, what more could you ask for. Would come again, highly recommend it.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

This property was so clean. Every surface was shining and spotless. With parking at the beach accesses being a nightmare it was a wonderful relief to be located just across the street & a breeze to walk to/from with our two young children and all the beach gear. The location was quiet and comfortable & the private pool was a wonderful bonus! We absolutely loved our time there & are so grateful to have had a blessed family vacation.

Perfect little beach house

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 4. Everything was very clean, cute, and cozy and it was a super easy walk across the street to the beach, even with littles. Our kids also loved swimming in the small lap pool. My four-year-old asked if we could stay here forever. :) We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will hopefully be back to visit again soon!

Huge Condo with Everything You Need

The first thing you notice is how large the place is, including the two large bedrooms and full bathrooms (each with a shower). Next you notice how clean it is and how nicely decorated, with so many beautiful paintings all around. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of dresser space to unpack, fully stocked kitchen, roomy fridge, easy to use TV with tons of channels, very comfortable couches, reliable wifi. Nice pool in the back. One minute walk to Blackbeard's and an ice cream shoppe, One minute walk to the beach (and convenient water hose / outdoor shower right by the front door to rinse off the sand). Roy was always quick to respond. It was a perfect vacation for our family of four, highly recommended!

Everything about this property was perfect for my two sons and I! The cleanliness was impressive, the pool was kept in great condition and was for private use of the building tenants which was great! The location to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. The property owner was always quick to respond and everything was made so easy so that we could just enjoy our stay! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Amazing, clean, and perfect location. We couldn’t be any happier with our stay. Our host was so attentive to any questions I had and we already plan on being back next year….. maybe sooner. So grateful, the pool was great for the kids, and I can’t stress enough how clean it was.

I am an engineer by trade and have lived here in the Rio Grande Valley most of my life. I am a native of the RGV and absolutely love living here. My wife was a social worker for Child Protective Services and has been protecting children for over twenty five years. She is now retired and loving every moment. She is also a native of the RGV and we have been blessed with a long marriage and three wonderful kids...Bianca, Briana And Roy. The only picture of us in the condo is all of us together at Louie's Backyard restaurant located in South Padre Island.

This property was picked by my spouse Noelia, because of it's proximity to the beach and because it is located in the middle between Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill and Café on the Beach. Both have a great view of the ocean with two completely different ambiance. Down the street from our condo is Blackbeard's Restaurant which has some of the best seafood on the island.

It is not a secret that our pricing is below the median of condos on the Island. We are not hoping to get rich here, but instead, want to share what God has given to us in abundance. Noelia is a cancer survivor and very few things makes us feel like giving glory to God than by sharing what we have. You will love this condo.
