Lazy River Condo, near food/fun, EZ walk to beach
The Lazy River Condo is a guest favorite! This condo boasts a roomy 900 square feet, plus a balcony overlooking the pool. Come enjoy yourself with a resort-style pool, lazy river and hot tub. The property has WIFI and a Roku 4K 55inch TV (Living Room) and Roku 32inch (bedroom). Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that includes a full size bed on the lower level. This room also includes an additional twin bed. The second bathroom is a large bathroom that can be entered from the second bedroom or through the living area. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and includes a full complement of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and a green space. Across the street you'll find a park with playground equipment. Kelly's Irish Pub is just on the corner and serves food late. Parking is free, and there is a parking space reserved just for you. This is a less congested area of the island and yet, everything that you need is still nearby. The walk to the beach is easy and pleasant. March 1-31, April 1-6, July 3-6 wristbands required ages 12 and older, $25.

This was a great condo with a clean, comfortable space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Would love to stay here again !

Had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool area was really nice. The location was perfect close to food and an easy walk to the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Its on the 3rd floor, be prepared for that. There is no elevator. It was not an issue for us at all. Everything was great! Great layout, short walk to the beach, pool and area are calm. Great place to stay!

Superb location
Condo was in the perfect location, good size rooms, beds were comfortable, kitchen came in handy. Lived up to the description, I can't wait to stay there again.

I felt confident with Lydia staying in the condo that it would be well taken care of, and I wasn’t disappointed. Lydia was a very reliable and responsible guest. She was also very appreciative of the condo. I would love to have her stay there again.

Fun in the Sun
Great place and location. The beach was easily accessible, and not over crowded with people. Tit was a very enjoyable expirence.

Very Relaxing Stay!
We really enjoyed our time here at the Parklane. Owners were always available for questions and the property suited us nicely. We had a long weekend visit from my daughter and three grandkids and there were beds for them all!

We had a great stay. Close to the beach. Quite neighbor hood. Had one issue with AC. Host had it taken care of quickly. Would stay again.

Exceptional Stay
It was better than I expected, my 1st time visiting the island and the property I stayed in was exceptional very clean, spacious and just a small walk from beach. The host was great with communications ready to answer any questions.
