Beautiful newly built studio style Casita. Enjoy the peace & quite of the Texas Hill Country while being just a few miles away from downtown Fredericksburg. The Casita is equipped with WiFi and a Smart Tv that is logged on to Netflix. We also provide a coffee bar set up for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor area with a fire pit and seating. Bbq pits are on the property so bring some steaks to grill and your favorite bottle of wine to dine under the stars! We hope to see you soon!

This Spacious Studio style Casita has a super comfortable King bed. There is also a Full size stove and refrigerator along with a microwave. The bathroom is also oversized.
There is room for you to bring a blow up mattress ($25 fee for 1 Extra Person).

Perfect location!

The location of the property was perfect for a get away from the noise. Quite and paceful and We found everything we needed inside of the property. We are xoming back for sure next time.

Great little get away!

Property details were accurate. Loved the peace and quiet of being off the beaten path. Just a short 8 mins. to town. Saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed our stay!

Great stay over the weekend! Visited for Oktoberfest and had a quiet and peaceful stay overall. Liked property due to close vicinity to Fredericksburg and the privacy. Easy access, great view, clean environment and will keep in mind for future visits to this area.

A great place

The place was very nice, clean, ac worked great in a 106 degree weather. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the wildlife . Bed was comfy and great. I have no complaints

The property was great. Very quiet, beautiful scenery and we could watch the deer and wildlife form the porch or the window. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience for a quiet, fun trip to visit the bluebonnets and wineries of the area. Clean and neat, huge fire pit to enjoy with a glass of wine and friends at night. Deer in the backyard each evening. New and well appointed cabin, lighting and cooling were great.

Super cute!

Cottage was super cute and had the type of location I was looking for. Wanted something a little outside of town that you could enjoy a morning coffee with a view. Location was easy to get to wherever you wanted to go or do.

Country Cabin

We had a great stay at this super clean and comfortable cabin. It was perfect in every way. Usually I don’t sleep well the first night away from home, but this king size bed was very comfy. We loved the deer that were grazing in the fields close by, and the road to the cabin was beautiful. Thank you to the property manager for not overdoing it with fees, making it affordable to stay. We had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway!

The cabin was perfect for my husband and I to have a getaway weekend together. The size of the cabin was much larger inside than it appears to be on the outside. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The cabin was very clean. It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bottled water were provided. The kitchenette was also very well appointed. It is located not far outside of town, so it was quiet and away from the crowds while still being easy to get to Main Street in Fredericksburg. We will book again the next time we visit the area.
