Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Felt very private even though the hosts live on the property. Well maintained inside and out.

Our stay at this cabin was one of the most peaceful and relaxing trips my husband and I have ever taken. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely come here again, especially to see all the hummingbirds! The cookies were also a great touch and were yummy!

We enjoyed our stay at the Creekside Barn. So much care & thoughtfulness has gone into every detail of the house & property. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch & also had fun around the Fredericksburg area. We went to Enchanted Rock. The summit trail was closed due to rain so we did the loop trail. It was a beautiful hike. We danced in Luckenbach, watched the bat emergence from Old Tunnel State Park & tasted whiskey at 1693 Distillery. There is plenty to do nearby or enjoy the peace & quiet of the Creekside Barn - best of both worlds! We will be back.

Beautiful place to stay! We had such an amazing time here. I wish I could give this higher than 5 stars. We will definitely be looking for this place when we come back for vacation!

We had a very relaxing stay. Not far from downtown and very quiet. You can spend the evenings watching deer and hummingbirds. The best VRBO we have stayed at. The homemade cookies on arrival were very good! We will definitely be back.

This was our second time to stay here and it was just as wonderful as our first time!! Beautifully decorated inside and out!! The hosts are wonderful people!! I would recommend this place most definitely!! We will be staying again next year!!

Loved this property. Everything was top notch. Multiple outdoor sitting areas to sit and enjoy nature. The cabin itself was awesome and high quality. Hosts Shirley and Wayne have built a country paradise. We hope to come back if they continue to rent the cabin to guests. Thank you both so much for sharing it with us.

This is our second time at Creekside Barn. Being outside of town and on 30 acres, it was quiet and relaxing. We didn't visit any wineries, but did enjoy an excellent dinner at Hill Top Cafe in Cherry Springs, TX.

Great Place to Stay

We love this place and have stayed there everytime we go to Fredericksburg. It is so peaceful and Shirleys cookies are the best! Very clean and comfortable!
