Casa Mariposa is a sweet getaway spot for 2. Not only is it cute and quaint, but it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable! Hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Don't pass on your opportunity to stay in this casita!

The location is great! We were close to Main Street and all the shops. This is our second stay with the wonderful hosts Ronald & Connie. The care they put into their property and to make sure guests have everything they need is great customer service!The area is quiet for those who want to get away from the fast pace of work life integration!

We will definitely recommend this place as a romantic getaway Casita!!! Extremely clean and cozy! The Hosts were wonderful and gave great recommendations for our outings. The AC worked great.

We have been in the hospitatlity business for years....14 years as guesthouse owners & previous in the restaurant business.
We pay close attention to details and want to make sure you have everything for a memorable stay.
Casa Maraposa is a spin on our love for Santa Fe, NM with lots of nods to the fun of repurposing great finds. A little industrial, a little loft, a whole lot of personality.
Ron/s love of classic cars is detected in the decor too!
Connie always has an eye out for fun, unexpected pieces that we can share with our guests.
We hope you will make this casita your "Home away from home", kick back, enjoy some Texas wine, find a restaurant you love and come away with a great Fredericksburg experience.

This is an older established neighborhood with an array of different style homes. The original casa that you will be staying in is an addition to the original 1959 home. An extremely safe, quiet neighborhood that has great walkability. You will see mid-century homes, as well as homes from built in the 1800's. We encourage you to take a walk or a short drive and explore the neighborhood.

Chica's Cantina (just walk across the drive to the garage) is lit for evenings. Sip some wine in the evenings and check out the stars.
(Fredericksburg is designated as a "Dark Sky community") or start your morning with some complimentary coffee or tea in the outdoor cantina.

Provided for you are bath items, towels and most everything you need for an easy stay. (even spa robes) We'll have the coffee bar stocked too.
