Central location for what we wanted to do on the Kona side of the island. Loved listening to the sound of the surf. All was great.

This is a fantastic place on the Kona side of the island! We liked being a bit out of the downtown Kialua-Kona area, loved the ocean view from the unit, and really enjoyed the swimable beach right next door. Everything matched the photos, description and our expectations, plus having beach chairs, umbrella and snorkling gear was a nice bonus. Bryan was very quick to respond with a couple questions we had, and was a fantastic host. Every touch of detail he has put into the place was just great. Cute kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and full size fridge/freezer and microwave. The restaurant "Magics" in the building was awesome. We ended eating there a couple times it was that good. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we come back to the big island.

Very nice place to stay in Kona, steps away from the beach. I loved watching the sunset from the couch. Very clean and it was a bonus to have beach chairs and towels available.

The owner was great to work with, and communication throughout our stay was smooth. We had an overall good stay and really enjoyed the location. The property worked well for our trip, and we would choose to stay here again in the future.

Very clean. There was a lot of beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, etc…), though we didn’t use it. Easy beach access, beautiful view. Easy to check in/out.

The unit is gorgeous! It’s been recently remodeled by the owner and it really shines. The sliding doors let in the perfect amount of ocean noise to lull you to sleep, and make for a perfect breakfast view. It’s truly steps from Magic Sands beach and the Magics Bar and Grill. I highly recommend this spot and would happily stay again!

Excellent Stay

Exactly what we were looking for. Excellent location and well maintained property. We loved that there were plenty of beach supplies, including toys for the kids. Would stay again!

Pretty nice stay overall. Apartment is a little bit dated but the location and view is really nice. Was great having chairs, towels, etc.

Kailua-Kona Stay

Great location, right on the shore, with a nice restaurant on the property. The place is a bit dated, but was fine for our week.

Thanks for staying with us. FYI, we were planning to do some remodeling in April of 2020, but then Hawaii locked down. We took some major losses financial from covid lockdowns, so likely the remodel will have to wait until 2022 after we have saved up. If the US government forces vaccines to travel, I will sell the property.

Had everything we needed and then some! Clean, great view..The beach area was super small but good for snorkeling. We enjoyed our stay.
