Welcome to the "Good Life" - your Siesta Key private home just a 5-minute walk from the Siesta public beach pavilion, and a 7-minute bicycle ride to Siesta Village, the heart of Siesta Key's restaurant, shopping & nightlife district. The home's decor is designed to capture the feel of a boutique hotel - both inside & out. Not only is this home absolutely beautiful, but we have also tried to provide you with everything you will need to enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation, including bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach cart for easily transporting everything.

Everything is new, including the kitchen, dining room, and an outdoor patio, all of which provide an opportunity for great meals and even better conversation. The home has everything you will need for an amazing vacation, including a private enclosed saltwater pool and large covered outdoor area with a new propane grill and outdoor shower - perfect for gathering everyone after a great day at the beach!

The home has Wifi throughout, a large television with a Sonos surround sound system in the family room, as well as flat-screen televisions in all 3 bedrooms.

Check-in & start relaxing - that's our only goal. We've thought of everything, so you can focus on unwinding and creating memories! We can't wait to host you.

Note that the homeowners will provide a comprehensive rental guide, and will also require a signed separate rental agreement as a final step in the booking process.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was meticulous. The house was well stocked and Jack the owner was super helpful. It’s literally 2 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to the village. You couldn’t ask for a better location. One thing that can make or break a vacation is the beds and these did not disappoint. We were so comfortable! We would definitely go back!

Beautiful home. Set up perfectly. Steps from beach and 20 minute walk to village. Great amenities like bikes, beach chairs, coolers along with a wonderful pool area. Easy communication with host as well. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Perfect, comfortable vacation home for a family with little ones. Close distance to the beach and the restaurants/night life, but in a quiet area. Spent a majority of our time enjoying the pool!

Great Pool Area

Lovely home, an easy, short bike ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed the lanai, saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and gourmet kitchen. The supplies were generous; bikes, towels, and everything you could need. The beds were quite soft for our preference, but the house and location were excellent. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We also enjoyed Sarasota and our visit to the Ringling Museum.

Very close walk to the beach, The home is great , The owners thought about everything you will need and supplied more than you can imagine! Wonderful property

This property was a great choice for my family of 3. It is within walking distance to the main entrance of Siesta Beach of which the parking lot can get pretty packed. it was wonderful to just load up the cart with our supplies and head to the beach. The property comes with bikes, bike locks, beach cart, chairs, coolers, etc.The home is also in the perfect location to head to Venice Beach or Lido Key, really it's just a great location. The pool is clean and welcoming, we spent lots of family time out on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked and, most importantly in the summer, the air conditioning was in perfect working order. My family is already talking about going back to Siesta Key and this property will be my go-to.

Wonderful property in beautiful Siesta Key!

My family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home on Siesta Key. Communication was top-notch before, during and after the stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home really has it all. We had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. We used the bikes and beach chairs every day for the very short trip to Siesta Beach. Bikes also came in handy for our daily oyster happy hour at SKOB and for after-dinner ice cream. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The fresh fish at Walt's is amazing! We also used the spectacular saltwater pool daily, and the screened in lanai made the outdoor living space very comfortable and virtually bug-free.On top of everything else, this home has a very functional layout and is stylishly decorated. We really couldn't have asked for a better place.Thank you for sharing your home with us, Jack!

Perfect home…a must stay!

I tend to spend a lot of time searching for the perfect vacation rental, and I’m so glad to say—this was it! The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything. The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach and pool gear, showering essentials, beach towels and ample towels in the bathrooms. We especially loved the abundance of bikes and locks, which made our daily rides to the beach, Siesta Key Village, and through the lovely neighborhoods so fun and easy. The extra fridge/freezer in the garage came in handy, and little touches like the hose for rinsing beach chairs and the outdoor shower were truly appreciated.The indoor and outdoor living spaces were both spacious and comfortable, and the bedding made for a great night’s sleep. We also rented a golf cart for the week and explored different beach access points with ease.Like others have said, the photos don’t do this home justice—it’s even more spacious and welcoming in person. Jack was a fantastic host and made check-in and check-out seamless. Truly a wonderful stay—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great house near Siesta Key beach!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is a very short walk to go to the beach and there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon available in the garage. There were also bicycles available that would be great to make your way to the village. We did not use the bikes because we had small children but we used several of the "free ride" services that will take you between the house and the village. The drivers just work for tips and you decide how much to give. The house itself was very nice and was plenty of room for our family of four. We did not use the pool much because we were so close to the beach but the outdoor space was a nice place for us to relax in the evenings. The condition of the house was great with clean rooms, nice furniture, comfy mattresses and beautiful landscaping. The owner, Jack, was also great about communicating with us about checking in and out and was very accommodating for an issue we had traveling to Siesta Key. We made memories that will last a lifetime on our trip and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

The Good Life is Beautiful, Relaxing, and a Home Away from Home

The Good Life is a beautiful and spacious property. It's very clean and had everything we needed. The property had plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, and blankets. It sits in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach and a short distance to the village. The host was excellent with communication and response.

What a wonderful experience. The house had everything you could possibly need, clean, comfortable and so close to everything. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

House was very clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. The beach chairs, towels and beach cart was a nice bonus that many other rentals do not provide. Jack was excellent to work with. He answered all questions in a timely manner and gave us great recommendations for places to go and eat around the area. We had family stop by the house one evening for dinner and they kept commenting how nice the house and pool were. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back.

Great Place to enjoy Siesta Key!

This home was definitely "The Good Life" and was one of the nicest places we've stayed at for vacation! It is in a great safe, nice, and quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. My whole family (husband and 3 teens) had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our first time coming to Siesta Key. We especially loved the enclosed patio and pool, it was so nice to relax without worrying about bugs. The backyard had lots of beautiful tropical foliage and trees so it was very private. The house had everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, etc) and the amazing kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, even spices etc. It was so nice that they had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!! We cooked and grilled several dinners at the house and enjoyed eating at the dinner tables inside and outside on the patio. The beds were sooooooo comfortable and we loved that the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Seriously, it was like staying in a boutique hotel but more homey. :) The public beach access is only a 5 minute walk from the house. They have everything you need to go to the beach! The kids loved the bikes and it was nice that we could park our car in the garage. Siesta Key Village is a quick 5 minute drive down the road and has wonderful restaurants and nice shops. Jack was so nice and quick to respond with any questions. Everything about the house is nicely organized in a binder and they had great info about restaurants, places to go, events, etc around Siesta Key, which we enjoyed immensely. We all agreed that we will stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key! Thank you to Jack and his family for a wonderful stay, we have many great memories of this wonderful vacation!

Chill out in Siesta Key

Great location, house and owners. Jack was very responsive and helpful through out our entire planning and stay. The house is bigger than the pictures give justice so it was easy for us to have plenty of places to hang. The pool was clean and water felt perfect which made for a nice place to spend time when we were not at the beach. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace. The property was loaded with toys, towels, bikes and other beach gear. The beach cart had large wheels which was a blessing while traversing the sand. Overall it was a wonderful stay
