Always a great stay

Always a great family getaway, we love Charlevoix and this rental works out great for us. This is our 2nd stay and we hope to be back soon.

My cousin, best friend and I made lots of good memories at this cottage. It was very clean, nicely decorated, the beds where comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed and I didn't need to go out the store and buy anything nor did I have to use all the extra supplies I brought, like garbage bags, dish soap, or paper towels. We used the outdoor seating area, the large dining room table and the cute little front porch. It was one of the best stocked vacation homes I have ever rented. The location is great. We walked and drove to the beach, dined downtown at Terry's and had a fabulous meal. We did A LOT of shopping and it was also convenient to visit friends in both Traverse City, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. All in all it was a fabulous vacation and I highly recommend this place and will return to this little cottage in Charlevoix.

Great place to stay

House convenient and well equipped. Spotless, good beds, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, well equipped laundry room, out door space and gardens with gas grill lovely. Location convenient. Hosts helpful and friendly.

Perfect Location

This cottage was the perfect location near downtown Charlevoix. It was updated, well stocked and most important, VERY clean! We loved our stay so much, we booked for the following year.

Charlevoix Getaway

We loved this house! We were looking for a nice place to stay near town and got lucky when we found this one. It was clean, well maintained, stocked with everything you need, and close enough to walk to all the downtown stores, bars, and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage

This cottage is beautifully appointed, well-stocked, and well-located in Charlevoix. It is close enough to town for a good 10-minute walk to downtown and the phenomenal library, a quick 5-minute drive to lakeside beaches, and far enough from the center to allow easy departure going south. The hosts are gracious and attentive. We would certainly visit again.

Amazing Place!

This is our second year in a row staying at this wonderful home. Very close to town to visit the stores/restaurants/beach. Gary and Theresa are fantastic hosts and respond to any questions quickly! Can’t wait to be back next year

Perfect home-base in Charlevoix

This has to be cleanest property we’ve stayed in! And so well stocked. Great location to the downtown area. We walked everywhere when the weather cooperated, especially to the Dairy Grille for an after dinner treat.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful 2nd stay at Green street! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, coffee was stocked, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of thoughtful touches that made us feel at home.The location is perfect - walking distance to downtown, Dairy Grille, and plenty of restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. Gary and Theresa are winderful and incredibly responsive and helpful! This place is 5 stars!

Charlevoix Trip

What a wonderful visit! The cottage was immaculate, and the owners are very thoughtful in providing many amenities for their guests. The location of the cottage is very close to downtown and the beach. We would love to come back again!

Fabulous Wedding Trip

A fabulous home to stay in while visiting Charlevoix! Convenient to the adorable town, restaurants, water and shopping. The home was so clean, neat and beautiful! Very convenient to the Castle Farm for the wedding. We had a fabulous time!

Home away from home

We were a couple for this spacious cottage. Very nice laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Very clean and thoughtful amenities including beach towels and chairs which we did not need but would be very much appreciated by some. We would stay here again

Amazingly Adorable

This was our first time staying at this location and it was beyond our expectations. The house was extremely clean and so comfortable with everything we needed. We are definitely coming back and would recommend to our family and friends.
