While this property is new to the rental marke, I am not.
I rented out our family cottage for many years. I got to know many of our renters as they became regulars. I enjoyed seeing their enthusiasm as I made improvements to the cottage over time.

This house is an ideal location with downtown only steps away and beaches and attractions a short walk. Before listing the house for want, I had different groups try it out to let me know what they liked and disliked. Luckily the likes far outweighed the dislikes. Location, location, location wins the day. Each group raved about being able to walk to everything.

I have provided fun games for every age, including cards, puzzles, Banana gram, Frazzle, jump rope, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, bug catchers, balls, toddler toys, connect four, corn hole, Jenga, the list goes on. I want our guest to have fun and want to come back, I want people to feel like this is their home away from home.
