Location was outstanding, walking distance into downtown Charlevoix! Property was clean, and had all the amenities for a wonderful weekend! We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Check in couldn't have been easier and there was a welcome basket of Northern Michigan favorites waiting for us. The house was clean and well stocked!! The walk to downtown takes about 2 minutes- the location is great!! The AC system in the house is top notch as well which made for great sleeping. We really enjoyed our week at the house.

Property was very nice and owner was very accomodating. Nice sitti g areas on front porch amd back patio. The kida liked all the toys and available games. Perfect walking distance to downtown and Dairy Grille!

Great House & Location

My family of 4 stayed at this property for a week. The location was amazing. You can walk downtown in less than 2 minutes. The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and a big kitchen. The hosts were super kind and responsive. I would highly recommend.

This property worked out well for our family. We loved being able to walk into town. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did have issues w the dishwasher, but it didn't impact the overall vacation. We loved the grill and hanging out in all the outdoor areas. Kris was super responsive, and we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with lots of goodies.

Great stay in Charlevoix

My husband and I rented Kristine’s lovely home for two weeks this past June. We were greeted with a beautiful basket of wonderful local goodies and even more in the fridge. We have never stayed in such a well stocked home. The house has a wonderful location close to everything. We had our 4 year old grandson visit us for a few days and he loved all the items she had for children. The home was very clean and we highly recommend for everyone who loves summer in Charlevoix.

Best vacation in Charlevoix!

I can’t say enough great things about the host. We had to rent the property last min and Kristin was kind, responsive and so flexible. I had two girls with me and she met us with marshmallow kit and snacks at the house. It’s 3 min walk to be right in town and a quick walk to the beach. The home is very well remodeled, super clean and very comfortable. You know Kristin takes great pride in the home as you walk in - candles, pillows and cozy blankets. We rent a lot around the world and this is by far the best experience we had in over 15 years.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Charlevoix! It's the perfect family-friendly vacation house, located right in the heart of town on the main street, making it incredibly convenient to walk to all the Venetian Week activities, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The location truly couldn't have been better.Kris was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and quick to communicate before and during our stay. The thoughtful touches made a big difference, including a welcome basket with snacks, toys and activities for the kids, and even a wagon and scooter that our family put to great use. It's clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Charlevoix.

I am a 30-year resident of Charlevoix and enjoy sharing our beautiful town with visitors.
Visitors have enjoyed the many amenities in the house as well as the location.
Downtown is steps away. Walk to buy groceries and enjoy the restaurants shops.
Charlevoix’s stunning marina is a two minute walk. Enjoy looking at the boats and enjoying the music and festivals held in the park.
You can’t visit Charlevoix without enjoying the beaches and they are all a short distance away.
If you are new to Charlevoix you may want to start with a tour. The Mushroom House tour departs from downtown and is a delightful way to learn about Earl Young’s fanciful mushroom houses.
The Caste farms tour is just down the road and will give you all of the long history of Charlevoix’s historic Castle Farms.
Don’t forget to book a visit or tour of the local wineries during your visit.
If your calendar allows, day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Beaver Island are also great adventures. The Beaver Island ferry departs from downtown and transports you to a whole new landscape.
Book your visit now, you will not be disappointed.

This house is an ideal location with downtown only steps away and beaches and attractions a short walk. Before listing the house, I had different groups try it out to let me know what they liked and disliked. Luckily the likes far outweighed the dislikes. Location, location, location wins the day. Each group raved about being able to walk to everything.

I love the location, but I also look forward to providing amenities that enhance the guest experience. I have provided fun games for every age, including cards, puzzles, Banana gram, Frazzle, jump rope, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, bug catchers, balls, toddler toys, connect four, corn hole, Jenga, the list goes on. I want our guests to have fun and want to come back, I want people to feel like this is their home away from home.
