Cozy and fully remodeled first floor unit 2BR / 1BA, sleeps 6. Features full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TV, cable and WiFi, board games and Roku. Downtown fabulous reataurants and shopping within 5-10 min walk and 17 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy numerous summer activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and lots more. Bring your pets!

For larger groups could be booked together with lower unit that sleeps 6. Contact host for details.

This property served as a great home base for our Charlevoix experience. The location allowed us to walk to shops, restaurants, and the harbor and gave our experience a small town vibe. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only minor downsides were not having the convenience of a dishwasher (although we didn’t make many dirty dishes) and being located on a somewhat busy street (despite this, the place was still mostly quiet at night for sleeping). Communication with the host was great - instructions for accessing the property were sent well in advance and the host otherwise left us to ourselves.

Good afternoon! We really enjoyed our stay! We put the growers in the wash when we left, took out the garbage, and stripped the beds. Unfortunately I forgot to put the air on 70. Had to make it cooler I think because it was a little warm in there. But once turned down it was perfect! My only suggestion for the house would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for towels. Your home is lovely! Thank you and have a blessed day!

Very clean and convenient

The property was really clean and nicely furnished. It is also very conveniently located close to downtown. It’s on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the upstairs family in the mornings. This was a nice place to stay overall.

Clean comfortable place

This house had everything we needed. We were grateful for the coffee in the morning! Good location. Very walkable to restaurants and stores. We would come back to this place.

perfect charlevoix location for walking and driving

Clean, cute, well stocked and the owners are very responsive. There is good parking too. The AC works well and the space is comfy.

Very nice place close to downtown

We always go to the apple fest every year and enjoy the downtown atmosphere , this year we stayed close to downtown and it was an excellent experience! Dog park was close along with everything else .Owner was easy to talk to , clean place and very inviting! Definitely 👍 do it again

In town for a wedding

This was a clean, well stocked, well maintained roomy property close to downtown Chalevoix. Be informed that you are on the main street with limted outdoor seating options. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for a comfortable place to sleep and get ready. The walking location to the downtown was great.
