The Lake View Luxury Suite is located in a historic building in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Step right outside your door and have access to fine restaurants, galleries, boutiques, marina, East Park concerts and more.

The Lake View Suite is a newly renovated up-scale 1700 sq. ft. suite with three bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds). The Suite has dual entrances- one from Bridge Street in the heart of the shopping district and one from Bridge Park Drive just steps away from the Charlevoix Marina.

With high ceilings and a 16' wall of glass, you can watch the sunrise over beautiful Round Lake while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The 20" x 20" private furnished deck with gas BBQ offers a unique living space with an outstanding view of Round Lake and the marina. Sit back and enjoy watching the boats go to Lake Michigan and to the marina. The Lake View Suite is a short drive from Castle Farms making it a prime location for bridal party and family accommodations

Location is everything. This place is in the heart of all Charlevoix has to offer. Joan is a great host. We have been staying in her properties for years and always have a great experience.

Incredible place, the pictures do not do it justice. The views from the deck are awesome and usable all day without burning in the sun. Excellent location walkable to everything. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location and incredible view. Nicely appointed. It felt like home.

Really enjoyed our stay! To have an incredible view of Round Lake AND be part of the mini-bustle of the harbor and downtown Charlevoix is a great combo.

Great setup for a dog. Also centrally located for downtown. Came with a great parking spot. The deck had a wonderful view of the water. Very nice stay!

Best Birthday weekend

Magnificent Waterfront Property

The view from the deck of Round Lake was breathtaking! We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view! Such a great location because you can walk right out to the Main Street and out the back to the marina. I highly recommend!

A few years ago, I visited some friends who have a vacation home in Charlevoix. I fell in love with the town and it's people. The fact it was August and I was coming from a long, hot, humid summer in the South might have had something to do with it.

However, I have been to Charlevoix in the middle of winter and still love it!
