The location of the property is great and close to store or restaurants you may want to go to. The view from our condo 707 was excellent.

PCB 2024

This was our first time staying in this unit. Our 3rd year coming to PCB. The hosts were very accommodating. The unit was exactly as described. Very clean, and it has pretty much everything you would need during your stay. Location is perfect!! Look forward to staying here again!

Love staying at the Celadon Beach Resort!

My family just finished up a weeklong stay at this beautiful condo and had the best time! The resort is oceanfront, which was perfect with excited kiddos, and even provided several beach toys and chairs to enjoy in addition to the included beach service with two chairs and an umbrella. There is a well stocked kitchen with pretty much anything you could need if you plan to cook, and it is close to all the fun that PCB has to offer, while still being on what we felt like was the quieter end of the beach (which we like). We only had one minor issue, getting the internet working with the smart tv on arrival, and the owners were responsive and resolved things very quickly. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future! Book it—you’ll have the best time!

Insurance

We liked the condo-it was clean We thought all went well but after we were home we got an email that the stove was broke? We did not even use the stove? Up front-I questioned why we were required to get insurance-now maybe I know why! We would not rent from them again and question any others that require insurance. Beautiful condo and view

Condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated . Well stocked with kitchen appliances, guest soaps anything you would need. Manager was very responsive to our questions and we were even allowed to check in early. Will definitely come back.

LOVE this condo! SO clean, comfy bed… Everything was just perfect! When I arrived, I sat down on the couch and out loud I said, “these are my people.”💯😂👏 Wonderful attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View, Clean, Will Stay Here Again!

The condo was more than what I expected. The location was great. It was at the more quieter end of PCB. The view of the ocean could not have been any better. You don't have to walk very far to get to the beach and having 2 beach lounge chairs and an umbrella included was wonderful. I am always worried about condo's having so many floors and the having to wait forever for the elevators but we did not have any problems. There are 22 floors and Celadon has 3 very fast elevators which makes everything very easy.

Perfect stay

The condo was great! So clean, gorgeous view, and exactly how the poctures portray. The owners were great with relaying info, and we much appreciated the little extras they keep there for guests to use such as games, kitchen/bathroom items, beach chairs and umbrella (yes you can use the beach chair service too, but we also wanted to go down a little further on the beach and to watch the sunset). Overall it was such a great stay and I highly recommend it, we will definitely be staying again! I fell in love with the view and the condo.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

It was a beautiful condo just like the pictures. The only thing I would complain about is the bed not very comfortable to us. If you like a hard bed then you will be fine.

Perfect stay!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our room. It was perfect! And the amenities they offered were above and beyond the other room we had before we moved down seven floors to this one. From the moment we walked in it was like being home. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable and up to date furnishings. I highly recommend renting this condo!!!

Great Condo

We have visited PCB every year for the past 6 years . We've stayed in a couple different condos and decided to try this one this year. The listing is exactly as described, they have thought of everything you and your family may need to enjoy your time. We had a great stay, and the property is perfect for us on the west end we prefer it for out family. The only negative thing I will say and it's completely not the owner of this listing fault, the property is supposed to be smoke free, and it's not really enforced unfortunately. This condo has a beautiful view with lovely seats on the balcony, however we were never able to use it due to the amount of people smoking outside on their balconies. It would not prevent us from staying again , like I said its the people in the other units not following the rules it was just frustrating.

Family Vacation

Alex and Irina were wonderful to work with! They were always quick to respond and very friendly. The condo and property were both clean. The location is fantastic!! Very close to pier park. The pools were well kept but the heated pool didn’t seem to be heated. It was cooler than it typically is and rainy so a heated pool would have been nice. You won’t regret the view! It’s wonderful! They had plenty of towels for showers/baths and even have beach towels you can use if needed. It would have been beneficial to have a casserole pan or baking sheet for the oven but other than that the kitchen had everything we needed! Parking was easy. The elevators were slow at times but not as bad as I anticipated. Overall, the only downside to our trip was the weather. We would definitely rent this condo again!
