The beachfront view is fantastic! Incredible 1 bedroom condo on PCB with the best ocean view! Totally renovated with all the upgrades. Freshly painted and refreshed! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, double door refrigerator/freezer, new wood cabinets, beautiful lighting. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large flat screen TV with tons of channels, and free wi-fi. Bedroom has smart tv, queen memory foam mattress, comfy linens, tiled floors throughout and large ceiling fans in every room. Bathroom has large tile shower with glass door. Gorgeous vanity with upgraded fixtures. All linens/towels are provided for your stay, including beach towels. Cozy beachfront condo! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. The updated space has new stainless steel appliances, new sleeper sofa, mattress, bedding, high top dining table and more! The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). On the 2nd floor -easy access to beach & pool! A wonderful cozy space for couples, and getaway weekends! Balcony with sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. This unit overlooks the only seasonally heated pool ideally located for supervising children. There are also 2 other pools in complex. Grills are just steps away. We even have a fitness/exercise facility available for your use. Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security, and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water.
Seasonal beach service included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). Pineapple Willy's is right next door! Parking is limited to one spot per condo from March 1 - Labor Day.

Spring break 2025

This is our second stay at this condo and we are making it our spot. Everything goes smoothly and no problems whatsoever. The place is relaxing and has the most beautiful beach view from balcony, it’s also walking distance to restaurants and stores. We love it

Wonderful Vacation!

Awesome stay! The view is amazing and close to everything! The place is very clean and has great accommodations with beach chairs and nice pool. Definitely would stay at this condo again!

GREAT!

beautiful condo...had everything needed..beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the balcony but the outstanding thing was the kindness and helpfulness of Pam the host .i had to contact her a number of times and she was right on top of things with quick answers ....no waiting...fast and efficient. you cant go wrong at this condo.will stay again,maybe next year.

Nice Condo with Beach View

The condo was very nice. My favorite part was the wall to wall windows with the beach view. This place was everything we were hoping for and more. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Pam for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Directions and instructions for stay were great, property was right on the beach. Only issue was bedroom light was out and bed was squeaky. Overlooked for location and the view though.

Great location, very nice condo!

Nothing bad to say about the condo! Me and my wife enjoyed our stay! Only small complaint was the beach chairs service wasn’t great but not the owners fault. The guy wouldn’t get the chairs out till 8:30-9:30 most mornings this allowed multiple people to set up in front of your paid for chairs causing the view of the ocean to be less desirable.

Beautiful Condo

My husband & I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We were extremely pleased with our condo & look forward to staying here in the future. The balcony view was lovely & the kitchen was one of our favorite perks since we love to cook. I was impressed by the overall quality, look & style of the condo. The owner is also very professional, friendly & helpful. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely charming condo on the beach!

I only have 1 bad thing to say about my stay here - it simply wasn't LONG enough!!! Loved the short trek from the condo to the beach. Beautiful views. Condo was great. Loved to decor, very comfortable - way better than staying at a hotel!!! I will definitely save this condo for future visits! You won't be disappointed if you spend your time here!

Great stay!

Overall this property was exactly as listed, the view of the gulf was beautiful, there was a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a pullout sofa in the living room. However, both beds and couch were extremely hard and the pullout sofa was in rough condition but still sleepable. The bathroom was beautiful and the kitchen was nice with upgraded appliances. The location was perfect for not only beach access but close to any local attraction/restaurant. The host, Pam was extremely friendly and very helpful. Always responded promptly and could solve any issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Beautiful upgraded condo!

Great condo! If you've stayed at the Sunbird, you know some units are very outdated - not this one - beautiful upgrades. We loved being on the second floor. We had great views with quick access to just one flight of stairs. We never fooled with the elevator. Pam was wonderful to work with, and quick to answer my endless questions. Lol. My one, and only, suggestion would be a tv in the bedroom. We would definitely rent this condo again. Perfect for a couples getaway.

This unit could be very nice. Unfortunately it was dirty, no wash clothes no hand towels. Sand on floor and hair in the sink. A/C unit kept going out. very disappointing-not worth the price

Yes there is construction on the property, but Pam explained it all before my stay. The only issue was the elevator was out of commission the last night. We were in second floor so no issue, but my daughter was on the 9th floor and just as surgery. No warning of this so we were all caught off by surprise. The staff at Sunbird is a little upright, they rush you to much at check in so please make sure you understand the process. This makes the owners of the property look bad and not their fault at all. My contact took me through the whole process and I will return to her every year I visit PCB!!!!
