The bedroom’s 44-inch television includes Netflix, iHeartRadio and Xumo. Exit the bedroom into the combined dining/living room and you’ll see a leather sleeper sofa and two chairs to accommodate five. Pull the dining room chairs into the living area to seat a total of 11 adults. A family-friendly entertainment center (44-inch television, Blu-Ray disc player, DVD player and extensive video library) completes this first gathering area. Lush foliage and a stream can be seen from sliders which open to a quiet patio with a bistro table and seating for two. Past the sliders is a second sitting area with ceiling fan, which accommodates four right outside the primary suite. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, chair, bench at the foot of the bed, 33-inch television, a triple dresser and another ceiling fan. A large custom closet with shelving units, and an oversize bath with single vanity, shower/tub complete the primary bath. A $60 pet fee qualifies your pooch to enjoy your vacation with you. Amenities include a pool, gym and two tennis courts. The unit has one covered dedicated parking space with unsheltered guest parking for six vehicles close by.
Harbor Oaks, a secluded, quiet condominium community just 0.8 miles from the beach, is located in the Village, the island’s downtown. Here you’ll find a variety of restaurants and bars, shopping, a fishing pier, Neptune Park and St. Simons Island Lighthouse. It’s an easy 15-minute walk or five-minute drive to the island’s preferred restaurants and bars, a dog park and two human parks for pickleball, tennis, basketball, and baseball.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies, so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.
