Discover the perfect retreat within my 750-square-foot legal garden suite, fully furnished and nestled in privacy. Positioned ideally for explorers seeking proximity to wineries, Butchart Gardens, Elk Lake, Island View Beach, and Commonwealth Pool. Revel in its amenities including vaulted ceilings, a secluded patio with a barbecue, cable TV, laundry facilities, and high-speed Internet access. Only a brief 10-minute drive to Butchart Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Uptown Victoria, and Sidney, with convenient off-road parking at your disposal.

Tanner Ridge is a quiet neighborhood nestled between the ocean and wineries with boasting views of the mountains.

No Pets allowed.

Things to do:

Tour the local wineries located on the peninsula: Church and State, Dragonfly Hill, de Vine Wines and Spirits and Sea Cider Winery.

Kayak Island View Beach or in the Brentwood Bay Inlet which is just a few minutes from here.

Bear Hill is a great hiking spot with panoramic views of the entire peninsula at the summit.

Tour the world famous Butchart Gardens and Butterfly Gardens.

Spend the day in nature and swim in Elk Lake or Durrance Lake.

Watch a rowing regatta on Elk Lake.
There are two local recreation centers located 10 minutes away equipped with swimming pools, tennis and squash courts and skating rinks: Panorama Recreation and Commonwealth Pool.

A very nice 1 bed unit Lots amenities inside- cooking, laundry, etc Only issue happened second night At 0445 am dogs howling and very loud barking outside our unit I looked out and saw 2 dogs Lights on upstairs in main house I don't know if owners or other guests Incredible loud barking went on for over 30 Minutes No intervention by dog owners to tell them to stop or call them inside very annoying and disappointing Rest of the stay very good.

Lovely stay

I stayed at this property in August for 5 nights. It was a delightful place to relax and decompress. The neighborhood was lovely and very clean and safe. The property had everything you need for your stay - fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and a cozy, clen living room with a cute bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful peaceful location

The property was exactly as advertised. The skylights let in lots of natural light. The space is plenty roomy, couches and bed super comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Thanks for the stay!

Cute accommodation

Nice bright cheery suite. Large windows and cute little patio. Very well located for both Victoria and the ferry. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful suite, perfect location

This suite was bright, beautiful and spacious. Melissa was so kind and quick to answer any of my questions. I found the neighborhood to be quiet and secluded, but close enough to the highway that I was a short distance from town and other amenities. Great find, will definitely be back! Thank you again! :)

Over this time, I've gained extensive experience in managing short-term rentals, ensuring that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the past few years, I took a break from renting out my home to focus on completing my Master's Degree. Now that I've achieved that milestone, I'm excited to open my doors once again to travelers looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

One of the things I love most about this location is its proximity to some fantastic local spots. Just a short walk away, you'll find Category 12, a wonderful local brewery where you can enjoy a variety of craft beers. Additionally, there's a local grocery store nearby for all your essentials, as well as an array of delightful restaurants and more, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
