Enjoy your stay in South Asheville! Only minutes from the airport and some of Asheville's finest breweries such as Sierra Nevada! Fifteen minutes to Downtown Asheville. Twenty minutes to Downtown Hendersonville. Group and family friendly house. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pull out sofa, fully furnished kitchen, wifi, front patio.

Owner occasionally stays in the basement. Basement has private access.

This is a well-kept property, with a very helpful and responsive owner. Two beds and two baths made it perfect for us. The house was easy to find, and not too far from Walmart and a CVS. Having access to a washer and dryer turned out to be a plus as well. Close to the Biltmore Estate, to hiking and zip lining, and to Ashville proper. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for visiting Asheville!

Great location

Great stay and location. Has everything you need and more for your stay and is a short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The house is very clean with plenty of fresh linens. John was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It's a nice quiet street and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Asheville area.

It snowed about 6" while we were here.

It was a perfect place to stay, straight shot to the Biltmore and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a rustic cabin feel, but easy city access. Owner communication was quick and easy, had no issues, but felt if there had been one he’d have been right on top of it

Thanksgiving holiday

We stayed at this lovely rental home. It was Super comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay again! If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay i would recommend this one!

Great location. Very nice for a couple maybe 2. Limited seating in the kitchen/living room. Beds were very good. Showers were awesome....very hot and lots of water pressure. An improvement would be a TV in the bedroom but was OK without.

Mountain Getaway

My husband and two children under two stayed here for three nights. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room close to the attractions in mountains we were seen. Would stay again.

Nice stay

This house worked great for our stay. It is a nice, quiet location, but still easily drivable into Asheville. It has two bedrooms which was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. Would recommend!
