Enjoy your stay in South Asheville! Only minutes from the airport and some of Asheville's finest breweries such as Sierra Nevada! Fifteen minutes to Downtown Asheville. Twenty minutes to Downtown Hendersonville. Group and family friendly house. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pull out sofa, fully furnished kitchen, wifi, front patio.

Owner occasionally stays in the basement. Basement has private access.

It was a perfect place to stay, straight shot to the Biltmore and easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Had a rustic cabin feel, but easy city access. Owner communication was quick and easy, had no issues, but felt if there had been one he’d have been right on top of it

Terrific get away! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty to do in the area, fabulous food options. Living room sofa a little aged and hard. Other than that, a pure 10!

Great location while visiting family in town

It is perfect for a group or couple. We were a couple. This spot is just far away from the traffic, and close to everything…a great combination

Wonderful stay

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Very comfortable beds, roomy, quiet neighborhood, shaded & cool, good kitchen with dishwasher & laundry machine made our lengthier stay like being at home. Very responsive host. Fantastic!

Mountain Getaway

My husband and two children under two stayed here for three nights. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room close to the attractions in mountains we were seen. Would stay again.

Nice stay

This house worked great for our stay. It is a nice, quiet location, but still easily drivable into Asheville. It has two bedrooms which was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. Would recommend!

We had a great time at this cute property in a charming, leafy neighborhood, and so close to all the area has to offer. The host provided all the amenities we needed. Would love to return for a longer stay!

Quaint and private.

We really enjoyed our little get-a-way for the weekend. The house was plenty spacious for two couples and well equipted. The neighborhood was nice and the location was great. I would highly recommend it.

Cute Place in Arden

We stayed in this VRBO for two nights a couple of weeks ago. It was clean, and nice. Mr. Ellis was very easy to work with; and if we need a place to stay in the future when we fly into Asheville, we wouldn't think twice about staying there.

A sweet little home away from home

It was like a little cabin in the woods. It was very conveniently located in a part of Asheville that I was doing business in for two weeks. It was clean and well-appointed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The owner, John Ellis, was a great guy and very accommodating.

Very comfortable quiet place to stay

We were in the area to visit The Biltmore. Though the drive was a little further than I had hoped, the house was a great place to rest. We really enjoyed getting takeout, watching movies, and resting in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The house is a perfect size for two adults or two couples. It was very clean and comfortable.

House in nice neighborhood and great location

We loved staying at John's house in Arden. The house was very clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. The location was excellent--a nice, quiet neighborhood near both Asheville and wonderful hiking trails. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Hendersonville, Brevard, etc. We had a problem that was beyond the owner's control and he was very attentive and did all he could to solve the issue. Wonderful host and location.

Sweet Spot

This property provided us with EXACTLY what we needed. John, the host, and I stayed in communication during the Asheville holiday water situation. The area where this property's located regained water service the weekend before we left for Asheville. Very clean. Quiet residential street. Conveniently located to where we needed to be. Will be staying here, again.

Easy and simple

Our stay was for learning more about Asheville which we were able to do. Our accommodations were wat we needed (2 bed and 2 bath). The place was clean and comfortable! Communication was prompt and helpful. We even left an something behind that the property manager, John was nice enough to make a special trip to the post office to send it to me.
