Living Room

The living room features modern stylish furniture. Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the TV and DVD player.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen featuresa smooth top stove, full size refrigerator , toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, can opener, mixer, and non-stick pots and pans.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful, comfortable, brand-new mattress. Beautiful furnishing make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features a TV. There is plenty of storage space in the closet.

2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom features two queen size beds. The room has attached bath.

3rd Bedroom
This bedroom features two twin beds.

Outdoor Recreation
A large balcony is off the living room of the vacation condo, offering ample space to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular ocean views. Balcony chairs on the patio makes it a perfect place for evening cocktails or casual meals. Our customers love spending time in the balcony which is shaded during most part of the day. In addition to the beach, you can even view the bay from one end of the balcony. Two resort pools including one heated pool (during winter) make it easy to take a dip, while private beach access beckons you to play in the waves. Hot tubs soothe the mind and muscles after a long day, perhaps one of playing tennis on the resort’s court.

Building is gated with ample parking. 2 cars per condo are allowed.

Family Time

Location is fine,Our check in schedule at 4:00pm but the room are available until 6:00pm because the cleaning personnel are not finished yet,living room looks old.

Little Rough, but Nice Overall

We arrived to a gated property with not gate code. We snuck in when someone came out. We went to the managers desk we were greeted with an angry guy that told me I couldn't have a trailer. No hello, no welcome just frustration and anger. Then when trying to check in we did not have info needed to get past this guy. Called the owner.....she insisted she had emailed info. Not in junkmail, not in trash....still waiting to get checked in. She said she would call back. Still just waiting. I called her back10 minutes later when the guy said I needed to get checked in or get out of the way. She answered and fussed at the guy and finally gave us the room number and key code. So after about 20 minutes we are able to go in. The parking lot is not convenient for unloading or loading, a long walk and a bumpy ride for the luggage cart. I rained a bit and most of our stuff was wet by the time we made it inside. The room had a view to die for. The furnishings were adequate and dated, but we saw that in the pictures. The guest toilet did not flush. Owner was contacted and quickly said she would get someone over to fix it. The next day I inquired again as no one had come, I did not receive a response. The next day (2nd day of a backed up commode) I received a terse response that it was a holiday weekend and she had trouble getting someone. I pointed out it had been 2 days and she said she would get someone there. Some one did come, flushed it but did not fix it as it continued to not work. The plumber did not speak to us and left without us noticing. Very odd for sure. We left the next day. Will return to SPI but will not rent at this location again.

Enjoyed our stay. It was really clean and fresh smelling.

The condo was very clean and fresh smelling. my only thought was the bathrooms could be updated. Everyone was helpful and checking in was very easy. The beds were comfortable and our stay was enjoyable.
