Exceptional Beachfront 3/2 on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!

Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my fathers 80th Birthday. The condo was just as advertised, clean, nice and modern and lots of space. It was nice and close to the beach and had all the kitchen appliances needed. We enjoyed our time in the ocean and the nice pool. Everyone was very responsive with any questions we had and would most certainly return in the future.Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Our trip to South Padre was wonderful. The condo was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for a great day at the beach. It was our grandson’s first trip to the beach and he loved it. The host was very informative and gave us several suggestions for places to eat. I can’t wait to return.

Location was exactly what we wanted as we were there during the height of spring break and we wanted a bit quieter and restful. It was perfect! The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. So comfortable!! And the location to the beach was amazing. Highly recommend

Beautiful short get away with others from our congregation. Very nice, quiet stress free property.

This unit was beyond my expectations. We loved every minute there. It is equipped with nice easy to use appliances and stocked with nice dishes to accommodate any nice meal and beverage. The extra was seasonings, and coffee/tea selection very nice!

Amazing sunrises….🌅

My gals and I had such a peaceful, tranquil time here. The ocean was a short walk on an easy nice path, basically right out our back door. We felt very safe taking a short walk on the beach at night to the hotel next door to have a nightcap. The decor was so fun and beachy, really added to the experience. So very clean, organized, and every little thing that we needed was thought of and then some. Beds were so cozy and comfy, that is very important to us. . Beautiful pool and grounds as well. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you! 👍😎❤️👍

Family vacation

It was for a sisters week. The condo is a little smaller than it looks online, however it is very nice. The beds are comfortable and it is an easy walk to the beach. We only had a problem because a storm came thru the day after we arrived and it flooded out part of the walkway to the beach and you would have to wade thru water up to your knees to get to the beach.

Just as great as every other year!

This is our go-to condo in South Padre. The condo is beautiful, first floor, super quick walk to the beach and the condo is stocked with everything you need. We truly LOVE this condo.
