Charming cottage with direct ocean views, just steps to Sleepy Hollow beach and the best shops/boutiques in Laguna Village!

Ocean-facing private patio with grill and seating. Fully-equipped for a perfect getaway. Parking included.

Will consider pet for small additional pet fee. Please ask prior to booking.

Highlights include:
Spacious living room with dining area, sofa bed, and TV.
Bedroom with queen bed, linens and TV.
Fully-equipped kitchen.

Note:
There is also portable air-conditioning for hot days.

The property was ad advertised however the furniture was dated and the layout was cumbersome. Excellent location despite traffic noise which we expected. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall I felt the property was overpriced.

Great Location! Great views! Cozy Cottage right off PCH that is within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, and EVERYTHING that is Laguna Beach!!We’ve been visiting Laguna Beach for many years and this is by far our favorite place!Highly recommend.

Great find!!

Daniel’s beach cottage was perfect for our trip to Laguna! It is right in the midst of shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. The house was super clean and nothing beats waking up to the sound of the waves! We will definitely be back!

Location is close to the beach, restaurants etc. with a great ocean view.Property has multiple issues…..Mold/mildew in the shower Bathroom vanity dirty6” hole in the exterior wall in the bedroomHeating unit in living room had pilot light on but nonfunctionalBedroom closet packed with owners supplies and no dresser for our clothesOpen electrical extension cord beside the toiletDifficult floorplan for more than 2 people because to get to the bathroom or kitchen, one must walk through the bedroomNo teaspoons in the kitchenBlow comb in bathroom not working

While there were some initial needs at check in, the host was very responsive, fixed all issues and was very accommodating regarding our stay. The location is excellent and the beach and main shops and restaurants are all just steps away! The home is perfect for a couple or small family. Thanks for a beautiful stay! PS - Note to enter the property initially for check in, it's helpful to know to go through the gate that says "no trespassing" to access the entry from the back.

Great Location and balcony, nicely decorated

The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Beach access across the street. Loved the balcony and view. The place was nice, comfy bed and sofa/bed in the living room. Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! Then the crap was piled in the bedroom. Also, if looking for the beach chairs and umbrella (which was broken) are outside along the side of house. Plus for the beach. Found them by accident. But all in all, loved the place and would definitely come back. Decorated nicely. Great communication. Thank you for making your place available.

Great location if you wear noise cancelling head phones!

This is a well-appointed, well-maintained Laguna cottage that is beautifully located near the beach and downtown... everything is walking distance and beach access is a mere minutes away. BUT - it is on the PCH... right on the PCH. Maybe this isn't an issue on a weekday in October - but on a weekend in August, it was deafening. While you want to be outside to enjoy the deck and the weather, it simply isn't possible unless you find the high-decibel sounds of trucks, motorcycles, and cars relaxing. Love this place - but would only consider returning on a weekday during the off-season.

Perfect for 2 to 3 people.

Master bedroom + fold out bed + kitchen + location were all perfect for our stay. Really aporeciated direct access to PCH. Wish I would have had a little more time to enjoy the balcony.

Absolute fantastic

This is a great little property with ocean views and only a block to beach access. This is a fantastic little town, everyone is so nice, and staying here you are only a few blocks from all of the restaurants and shops. Best stay ever! *Only minor complaint: short ladies bring a shower cap. The shower head is really tall and your hair will get wet as it's a smaller shower.

Amazing Stay

Perfect place to stay while in Laguna. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Very close to the beach and downtown Laguna.

Cute little bungalow, central to everything.

Cute little bungalow in a great spot. The town of Laguna was great, loved all the little shops. Just needed a few more linens and the email for the the tv live stations but other than that everything was great.
