You will get your own dedicated parking space right by your doorsteps. You probably won’t even need a car since you can walk down the hill to everywhere in Laguna from this house; WALK to several Beaches, Cafe’s, Whole Foods, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Shops and even the Pageant of the Masters in less than 5 minutes! Beautifully located on a hill, this home's location CAN NOT BE BEAT & you won’t have to deal with Laguna’s traffic nor parking issues! PRICELESS!

And why stop there! We can Confidently say that you won’t get the canyon / city light views of this house anywhere else! You’ll enjoy your morning coffee from the double hanging chair in the large private balcony overlooking majestic mountains, before stepping out to the sand. We provide Sunblock & beach towels!

This house was completely REMODELED less than a year ago. Given the unique location between the Ocean & the Mountains, you get to enjoy refreshing ocean breeze at all times. You will get to enjoy our new amenities including high end appliances, Local “Laguna Coffee” coffee, new Dishwasher, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, super-fast Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), sit/stand workstation, 55” TV, KING bed, Poly & Bark leather couches, and ALL other high end essentials.

The dedicated parking spot is for a regular size sedan and/or SUV since the alley is tight so let me know if you have a long truck & we will arrange other parking for you.

I’ve lived in Laguna Beach for a decade & my husband for 20+ years, we both previously lived in this unit for a few years. I know FOR SURE this is the best spot & the nicest most modern vacation rental in Laguna, and I’ll be here to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.

Perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, farmers market, Whole Foods, coffee etc. the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the host was generous with her time to answer our questions. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything was exactly as described in the pictures, host was very hospitable with communication, washer and dryer was right next to the bed, parking got tricky at times but close to the beach housing you wouldn't expect any less. Overall very awesome stay in laguna beach, California. Hill was very steep outside driveway that is great for attempting to run up and down for a super workout. Loved every bit of the vacation. Would highly recommend for future stays.

Fantastic location at the top of Forest Ave and right across from the Saturday morning farmers market. 5 mins walk to restaurants and Wholefoods Market for supplies.We loved sitting out in the balcony with a glass of wine watching the world go by below.Spotlessly clean bathroom and well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to cook if you wanted to. We didn’t because we love all the nearby restaurants, but you certainly could!The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! So much so that I asked the host what the mattress was!Throw in the fact that there is a dedicated parking space for the unit, and a host with fast and responsive communication and this pretty much makes this the perfect spot for your Laguna Beach stay. We’ll stay again next time we visit for sure.

This home is exceptional! The views, outdoor space, and proximity to the beach are priceless! The interior is well-designed, with high ceilings that make a relatively small space feel much more spacious. We also appreciated the stand-up desk with a built-in phone charger and the copious amounts of both natural and artificial light throughout the home.The location is unbeatable and conveniently walkable to most of Laguna; just be mindful of the steep hill, which requires some extra effort to access the property. The farmer’s market on Saturday was also lovely, could be seen from the balcony, and was only a 5–10 minute walk away.One small note for future guests: the sofa sits directly beneath the countertop overhang, so shorter guests may want to be mindful when leaning back to avoid bumping their head.

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. Particularly appreciated the bedding on the king size bed, the window that opened above the bed for fresh air at night, and the kitchen amenities.

Very clean, nicely laid out unit centrally located. Panoramic views from the balcony. Would highly recommend, with walking distance to Pageant of the Masters so no need to pay for parking!

Clean, Comfortable, and Modern

This is a great place to stay. We loved the decor. The balcony was a great spot for relaxing. The wifi worked really well. The owners were great - super responsive and nice to work with.
