Classic beach home with private pool on St. Simons Island!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this classic beach ranch one mile from the ocean. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood lined with lovely live oaks, you will not want to leave! This wonderful home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with plenty of elbow room for family groups. The brand-new kitchen is designed and stocked for memorable meals. The dining room table seats 6, the breakfast table seats 4 and there are 3 additional seats at the bar.

The relaxing great room is spacious and inviting with pool views; the living room has a wood-burning fireplace-- both settings provide plenty of seating for movie watching and board game playing. This home has two master suites - one located off of the kitchen with a king bed and en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combination and the other one with a queen bed and two separate full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. You will love the kid's room as it is decked out with two sets of bunks, en-suite bathroom and décor of vintage sand pails. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The fifth bathroom is located in the hallway. An office/reading room is located off of the den and comes equipped with Wi-Fi, desk, an all-in-one printer, and a lending library.

Beautifully landscaped grounds, a private pool with patio deck outfitted for fun; and a pool bar with new gas grill are just a few of the many amenities for this property.

This residence is lovingly furnished with antiques and artwork collected by the owners in seaside towns along the eastern seaboard. Come join us at 120 Druid Oaks Lane on St. Simons Island!

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 10. Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).

Great place for a family

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was great and we liked the location. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great because we cooked almost all of our meals during our stay. The pool area was nice.

College friends get-away

Enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us! We especially appreciated the immediate assistance from the staff at Real Escapes Properties on some minor issues with the pool and tv. Great weekend!

Fun under the Oaks

Great location

Everything was as advertised. The boys had a great time with the pool. House was spacious and roomy. First time on the island and would have like more for the boys to do. Lighthouse and beach are winners. Most restaurants didn't open til 5pm and all of them asked if we had reservations! All in all fun was had by all!

Island Oasis

I must say the pictures do not do this house justice!! It’s so much bigger and more spacious than it looks online. Love the layout of the house! The office has a massive collection of books to choose from for beach reading and the table was large enough to accommodate our family for games. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans except for the bunk room so if you need a fan to sleep I’d suggest bringing one with you. We will definitely be returning to this house for future vacations!

Ample room

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the spaciousness of this house. Kitchen was huge and had everything we wanted in it. Plenty of dishes and glassware, summer kitchen and pool area were great and everything was provided. Would recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Great Outdoor Space

Comfortable in Paradise

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT

Oh my gosh. This was the most perfect place that we have ever stayed!!! The pool was outstanding, the house and rooms were perfectly decorated. Beds were comfortable The kitchen is every person dream!!! Location is outstanding!! Best of all the owners and management of this place was beyond outstanding and easy to deal with. Great house

House was great, plenty of room for everyone to spread out.My only complaint was that the pool area landscape was unkempt and overgrown. There seems to be a stagnant stream of water on the neighbors side of the fence and the mosquitoes were awful. We couldn’t even get in the pool with being inundated with mosquitoes. We finally had to buy bug spray and tiki torches to make it bearable.

Escape to St. Simons

Overall we were very pleased with our rental. One recommendation is to have something just outside the kitchen entry to wipe our shoes on. We kept tracking in leaves, etc. that was located on the ground. Rick

Our vacation home had great features such as plenty of room, five bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, nice pool area, beautiful art work, and overall great location. However our stay was a comedy or errors beginning with a gas leak. We then had no stove top, hot water, leaking roof, and no tv or internet. Despite our challenges, it was a wonderful vacation week.
