Open and airy, our condo has a bright living room high ceilings and large windows offering a panoramic view of the Elkhorn Golf Course and surrounding mountains. The ski slopes of both Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain, as well as the Sun Valley Resort are just moments away. Golf, hiking, horseback riding as well as our community amenities available, such as a shared hot tub, pool, tennis courts, and sauna!

* Please note many of the community amenities are seasonal and may experience periods of closure.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking.

Our 2200 square-foot luxury three-story townhouse is the perfect quiet getaway haven in both summer and winter. There is a wood burning fireplace, 36-inch flat screen smart TV with Cox Contour and Sonos sound, wifi through out and plenty of relaxed seating. All this opens up to a large deck with a barbecue grill and plenty of patio furniture for eating, relaxing and star watching.

On the same level is the kitchen and dining space, incorporating an open kitchen with counter stools for two and a big dining table for 8. There's also a comfortable kitchen nook ideal for relaxing with morning coffee or tea. The well stocked and appointed kitchen offers stainless appliances, a gas stove and lots of counter space for prepping and serving.

Also on the main level is the master suite with king bed and 36-inch TV with Cox Contour, master bath with walk in shower, double sinks and an extra large walk in closet. A guest room with a queen sized bed and big closet and the den at the end of the hallway has another 36-inch TV with Cox Contour, Blue Ray DVD player and Queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. There is a bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower that these rooms share and a separate laundry room with large size washer and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a queen with TV with Cox Contour and another smaller room for the kids with trundle beds (2 twins) and a bath.

Condo is located conveniently on the free local bus route and bike path that will connect you to Ski lifts and the town of Ketchum just a short mile away, a 15 minute bike ride or pleasant walk on the bike/walking path.
