This was our second stay here and will most likely not be the last! It is convenient, and the host is great! We love the location away from Canyon but close enough to go back!

Very comfortable and quiet home in a peaceful setting! The host responded promptly to questions, and the property is convenient to Canyon for anyone wanting to go into town. We would stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

House was very clean, kitchen had everything thing I needed to cook, just 10min drive from town. Diane was very nice and was there if we had any questions.

Loved the property, very convenient to canyon. House was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Sweet little pup greeted us each time we came up! My only complaint was the king bed was very hard. If you like firm it’s perfect. The other two are much more comfortable though! Thank you for a great stay!

House was very nice. Beds were very comfy, the pillows my daughter loved so much, she ordered some for herself. It was very peaceful out there. Would very much recommend!

Cute farmhouse with three bedrooms and a nice large living room. One bathroom. Hosts were accommodating. It was a great stay!

Very enjoyable! Beautiful property. Sunsets,sunrises,stars are amazing to see. Property was clean and no issues with our booking.

Pros: Very Quite (only noise was a nearby train in the distance) and dark, no light pollution (not many outlets in the bedroom so we had to unplug the clock and light on nightstand to plug in our CPAP machines). Close to Pala Duro Canyon. Clean enough. King bed is comfortable. Neat seeing the sheep and the other animals on the farm. Furniture is comfortable.Cons: I feel if you do not supply shampoo and conditioner. The guests should get an email before they get there so they can plan accordingly. Luckily we did pack some shampoo and conditioner. There is a Walmart within a half an hour from the farm. Most everything else was supplied for us. This is a no frills house. The TV is probably about a 25 inch tv in the living room. The shower head in the only bathroom is probably up about six feet high. So, it is very hard to wash your hair unless you scrunch down. The only bathroom is not on the side with the king bed. Luckily I only got up 1-2 times in the night to go to the bathroom.

Loved the secluded area and enjoyed seeing the animals. We were on our own personal farm only 20 minutes from amenities. Very quiet and serenic Close to palo duro canyon and that was exceptional.

Great Host - beautiful accommodations. Loved the scenery. Far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet, but convenient to get anywhere you need to go! Loved the farm animals. We will definitely stay again!
