Relax. Eat. Drink. Play. Enjoy life from sunrise to sunset with family and friends. Our 1300+ square foot home is located on a quiet road just a two minute walk to both basin side and ocean front beaches.

First floor includes an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with cathedral ceilings over the living room/dining area. A bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. As well as an office currently set up with a Queen sized Murphy bed to be used as a 2nd bedroom. Don't miss out on the two large decks (brand new) complete with dining tables/chairs. First floor also includes a bathroom with large walk in shower.

The second floor boasts a lofted living room with large TV, ceiling fan and a gas fireplace. Also includes a sunny master suite with a king-sized bed, a 2nd bathroom with tub and a 3rd deck, perfect to enjoy views of the sunset and boats traveling through the Merrimack River to the Atlantic!

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and all the essential kitchen appliances and cooking gadgets. Outdoor area includes spaces to lounge, grill and set up a game of corn hole. Our home also has new furnace and central air system, washer/dryer in basement, second refrigerator, wireless internet and easy parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

All 4 TV's are "smart" TVs with 2 of them using ROKU to watch live TV, movies, etc. Free internet and WiFi.

Lovely house in a beautiful coastal town

My family and I had a great time staying in Plum Island. The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and came with all the essentials you could think of. We were walking distance to the beaches and a quick drive into town. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house!

Our group enjoyed using the house! It was clean and had great AC (weather was hot). Well equipped kitchen for family meals. Walk to beach was too long for elderly mom but fine for the teenagers. We drove mom down the road to beach with parking close by. Thank you for a fun time!

Perfect location for young kids!

Beautiful location and home. Perfect place for young children and short walk to kid friendly beach. House was well equipped and very clean. Hosts answered questions quickly and were very attentive. Will definitely be back!

Girls Trip

We took a girls trip to Plum island and had the BEST STAY. The place was beautiful and the location was great. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive into town. The hosts were great and attentive to our needs. We will most definitely be coming back!

Plum island Gem

So we arrived at Plum Island on one of the hottest days of the year and the humidity was equally overwhelming coming from a dry area anyway, the houses central air Conditioning worked flawlessly. All amenities were as stated everyone had a great time… What more could be said?

Lovely Time at Plum Island House

Kevin & Nicole's house was perfectly comfortable and walking distance to the beach. They were great hosts. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy meals and play cards at night when the kids were sleeping. I'd highly recommend their place!

Plum Island Beach House

We had a family vacation to visit with my adult daughter who was in from out of the country. Close to the beach, beautiful kitchen, and very comfortable for all of us.

Great location

We traveled to Plum Island for a veterans retreat in the house was perfect a house all of us, and had all the essentials we could ask for.

Great Winter Getaway

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 10) had a lovely stay at Kevin’s place. Very clean house. Nice set up. We made great use of both fireplaces for the cold rainy days. Extremely easy close walk to beach and quick drive to downtown Newburyport. Only recommendations are small but would be to get a coffee pot (as opposed to a single cup keurig) and maybe a few more board games to keep at the house for families. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Kevin was very responsive and helpful.

Thanksgiving Stay

We planned a Thanksgiving weekend visit and this house was just perfect. Everything was so clean, everything we needed was provided and sleeping area availability was great. The house was spacious and provided different areas to gather and sit. We used the front deck quite a bit. The sun hits it just right so it was pleasant to sit out there even in November. We took many walks to the beach. It was a very short walk and the beach is beautiful and so clean. I would recommend this house for families to gather and enjoy the area. Plum island is a gorgeous place.

Schönes Objekt

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und da ist es ruhiger in Plum Island. Für unsere Gruppe war das Objekt nicht ganz ideal, aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nur der Kühlschrank und Ofen waren nicht ganz einwandfrei sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

great house in a great location

We had a lovely week staying here. We were able to ride our bikes around Plum Island. It's a short drive into town and 5 min walk to the beach. We were comfortable in the house and the mattress in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The house has multiple decks and porches to relax on.

Great Beach Getaway

What a fantastic beach house! It’s just minutes from the kid friendly beach or the long beach facing the Atlantic. The house was clean, soft towels and bed sheets, stocked with paper goods and everything you need in the kitchen. In addition, the house was modern, charming and even had a screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family friendly beach house

Our family of four (2 kids under 10) very much enjoyed our stay. The house is set up very well - all the comforts of home, with lots of outdoor spaces (sadly too cold for us to enjoy) and in walking distance to several beaches and the playground. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We had a great time in this home. We have 4 small kids and there was plenty of room and enjoyed the multiple daily walks to the beach. Kevin and Nicole are very responsive and quick with emails and texts and the whole week went very smooth. Everything we could possibly need for a week long trip was available in this home. Thanks!

we loved our stay!

The house was very clean, well furnished, and very inviting and comfortable We had a wonderful week stay over Christmas. While the house has an open plan, the separate areas, both the small main floor living room area and the loft area upstairs, allowed for enjoying separate activities for when we weren't all together. The kitchen and the dining area , with the gas fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere during our family's Christmas dinner. Between a white Xmas, a surprise PI visit by Santa Claus via fire engine accompanied by Newburyport's finest, a winter walk on a snowy beach, and the open warmth of this great home, we loved our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you both, Kevin and Nicole, for creating such an inviting place

Thanksgiving Week

We did a quick search of the greater Boston area and this property quickly rose to the top of our list based on the bang for the buck. In the non-summer months this beach house is a bit of a drive from almost anything except downtown Newburyport, but I can see that in the summer this is the perfect location. I slept in the master bedroom and the mattress was really comfortable. Everything in the house looks brand new and very clean. My wife and sister-in-law are very picky about cleanliness and they were raving about this house. The owners left very detailed instructions for us and were available by text with any follow-up questions we had. All in all I would give it a 9 out of 10 only because of the remoteness if you plan to spend a lot of time closer to Boston.

Beautiful home, close to beach.

The home was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities we needed for a 3 night stay. We enjoyed the screened in deck off the office in the evenings and watching the sunsets from the upper deck. The beach was not as close as I anticipated but a nice walk along the dunes on a walking path away from the road. The house was situated between two stretches of beach. We preferred the more shallow calm waters near the Merrimack River Outlet. There the kids could swim and snorkel. Overall nice place to stay.
