We had a wonderful stay at this very clean, quiet, and spacious whole house within walking distance to the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. There was easy access to a pristine and sandy beach, cute decor, very comfortable mattresses, and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and bright, great location

We liked our stay, the location is undeniable to PRNWR and the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and all the beds were comfortable!

Everything was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, the central AC was amazing (especially since we were in a heat wave during our stay), the top deck with an umbrella had a lovely breeze and was a perfect spot for dinner gatherings and we could hear the ocean. The house has abundant natural light everywhere from all the windows. Location was perfect- just steps away from the beach, and Sunset Club restaurant (which is amazing!!) is only a 10-15 min walk away from the house -located downtown plum island. As well as The Cottage- which is such a cute convenience store/liquor/ shop that also sells ice cream! Scott was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. We had a wonderful stay!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We had a lovely stay here on New Year’s Eve and day. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice dinner. We were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the house. The house was clean and was an easy walk to the beach!

Worthwhile stay even in the winter!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The house itself is beautiful with all the necessities. It is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely getaway weekend stay

Close to remarkable Parker River Refuge and beach, so convenient to Newburyport for dining, balconies perfect for enjoying the outdoors for morning coffee and conversation, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms, linens. Plenty of seating for means and conversation, felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Spectacular Beach House!

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful home! It had all the amenities we needed and was steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here 😎 we look forward to returning!

Perfect Getaway!

We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this property. Easy check in, and our host, Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very clean, with plenty of room for the six of us on a friends' high school reunion trip. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a large dining area, large living room and a balcony with table and chairs off the dining area. Nice and bright with lots of big windows also. Comfortable beds. The multilevel floor plan might be more difficult for people with mobility issues, but we loved it. Only a few minutes walk to beaches and the awesome Parker River Wildlife Refuge. 10 minutes drive into beautiful Newburyport.One of our group is already planning to book this house again. Highly recommended.
