Our home is one block to the Beach and Pier and just two blocks from all the Shopping, Dining and entertainment that Main street has to offer. Location and top quality will amaze you. This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home features travertine flooring throughout the entire ground floor and luxury vinyl flooring on the second floor. Both living rooms have high ceilings, two fireplaces, an LCD television. and high speed internet. The fully appointed gourmet kitchen with it's granite counter tops, stainless appliances, including a wolf range/oven has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to a dining room with seating for 8.

French doors open to a huge front patio, outfitted with a Weber barbeque and a gas firepit.. You'll spend your evenings sitting around the firepit enjoying a glass of wine, a snack, smores or just plain people watching. There is also a table for dining, 2 lounges to soak in the California sun and an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and television. The master bath includes granite counter top and dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a large travertine walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle. This room is ideal for children or single adults. It is themed the “surf room”. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower, separates the 2 bedrooms. All beds are outfitted with European down comforters and duvets.

The real deal...: If your needs require baby items, we have available for your use a pack-and-play and high chair

There is an attached 2 car garage to accommodate your vehicle. The home contains everything you’ll want for a day at the beach, including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, beach towels and a sand wagon for transporting the items.

Main street and The newest development, “The Strand”, is a 1 block walk, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
Our home is a short walk to the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton as well as Pacific City, with it's many shops and restaurants.. If you are here for a convention, why not bring the family and make it a vacation. Renting our home for a week usually costs less than a stay in a fine hotel.
