This house is perfectly located, exceptionally clean and owned by a the most wonderful host who was excellent with communication. We will definitely be back and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home in HB!

I highly recommend this to anybody. The property was beautiful. Very clean. The host included everything you can think of to make your stay easy. And the location was amazing. Once we parked our car in the driveway. We did not have to use it again the whole weekend. Everything was walking distance. I will definitely be using this property anytime I need to stay in Orange County.

Super location. Walking distance to the pier, beach, and many good restaurants. The house was clean and tastefully appointed. Communication with Mailan was very good. Street noise on the weekend was occasionally too loud.

Mailan was so great communicating! The house was amazing, and had so much room. We loved being so close to the beach and Main Street, made the trip so easy. Would recommend staying here for every Huntington trip!

The property was as advertised- great location, plenty of space inside and the parking spots are ideal. Host was easy to communicate with- although we had no issues. Beach chairs and plenty of towels for the quick walk across the street to the sand. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed- overall a great stay and would rent this one again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent it again. The location couldn't have been better—just a one-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was plentiful, which made things especially convenient for our group.The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the entire home was thoughtfully equipped for guests. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax comfortably.One of our favorite features was the outdoor living space. The patios were all fantastic. We spent the evenings having drinks around the front fireplace feature. The rooftop patio has a view of the ocean. The host was excellent—easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the beach and very close to great shopping and restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all four couples to spread out and still gather comfortably in the common areas. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Every thing you needed for the stay was stocked plus beach gear (chairs, ice chest, travel cart, etc.)Any issues that came up, the host did their best to accommodate to make sure we enjoyed our stay :)

The location was perfect for a walk to downtown and HB Pier. It was a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need for your visit. It was a bit chilly during our visit so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor facilities but during nice weather, they would be perfect. The host was super friendly and responsive during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange County.

Beautiful home

My family enjoyed this house. This home is in a great location right near the beach and very close to main street. Would definitely stay here again. We love the farmers market Huntington beach holds every Tuesday.
