Home is complete with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. Cook inside or out, watch TV by the outside bar or while relaxing in our spa or pool. Have your morning coffee by the canal on our lower patio. Tournament Pool Table, 5 TVs, Wine Bar, Office, Heated Pool and Spa on a private screened in lanai. Plenty of pool and beach toys for the kids, along with 6 bikes (2 children's size) to tour the area or ride to the beach. Walk to The Boat House restaurant or Cape Coral Yacht Club.

This Villa has a northern exposure, allowing maximum use of the private lanai with heated pool and spa, which overlook the canal. Three bedrooms with king beds and an office/den (twin day bed with trundle) provide comfortable sleeping for up to 8. All bedrooms have TVs. Primary bath has large open shower with separate soaking tub. The game room holds a Brunswick professional pool table, TV, and overlooks the pool and canal. Foosball and ping pong are also available. The Office area offers a working desk complete with printer. High speed internet and WI-FI throughout the home.

Kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped. Dry bar with wine cooler. Enjoy a meal at the kitchen bar, at the dining table (6 chairs) or by the pool at the outdoor kitchen bar area with grill and refrigerator. 90 degree sliding doors open to the pool and spa area, where you have sun loungers, outdoor kitchen and TV, and a lanai dining table with gas fire pit for those cool nights. True Florida indoor-outdoor living!

Enjoy your evenings with a relaxed dinner on the lanai, or spend the afternoon sunning and reading a book in your lounger. Villa is on a canal, where you will find the boat dock. Rent a boat and be on the Caloosahatchee River in minutes! A true boater's paradise.

Villa has a maximum occupancy of 8.

Property manager is in town and available for check-in, emergencies, and any special needs.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Discounts are available for stays of 30 days and over. Please note that an additional Florida 11.5% tax and cleaning fee will be applied to all stays.
