Located in the heart of Western North Carolina, minutes from Hendersonville, Asheville, and Tryon, The Horse Farm is waiting to share its magic with you.Nestled against the majestic mountains of the Southern Appalachians are five houses available to rent, from small cottages to timeless manors, forming part of over a dozen structures completed on the farm. Whether you're looking for a cottage for an intimate weekend or the entire farm for a week with family and friends, The Horse Shoe Farm has the flexibility and accommodations for you.

The Turchin Companies is a dynamic organization, headed by third generation designer/developer John Turchin, specializing in construction and development, design and marketing, property management, alternative energies, and retail. The Turchin Companies began construction in South Florida in 1927 and over the last 90 years have built a well-deserved reputation as one of the premiere development companies in the state.
No strangers to North Carolina, the Turchin family fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains in 1970 and made it their second home from then on. Combining their passion for this exquisite area with their creative instinct and unique taste in architecture and design, the Turchin family created a one-of-a-kind luxury mountain community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest, in Banner Elk, NC. A 1,350 acre inspired mountain retreat, with altitudes over 5,000 feet, The Lodges at Eagles Nest was created as a place where residents would be reminded of their childhood summer camp days, but with an unmatched sense of luxury and distinction.
They have since focused their passion and love into The Horse Shoe Farm.
