This house will sleep 17 adults. A vehicle is needed in order to get to town. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter, and required under heavy snow conditions. Secured High Speed Wireless Internet. ***During Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break there is a seven night minimum, please call for exceptions. There is a $595 one-time housekeeping charge. There is also a $5000 refundable damage deposit, for excessive housekeeping and or damages..
