Top floor, Ocean view! Very quiet 1 bed/2 bath.

Welcome to The Coral Suite at Kona Pacific! Our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit is just the spot to come and relax while you are exploring all the wonders of the Big Island. Our condo is a top floor, spacious unit with a huge lanai. Just renovated the 2 bathrooms along with new furniture, carpet, appliances, and art; it is comfortable and inviting. This one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 879 sq. ft. with an additional 190 sq. ft. of living on the lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful views and breezes. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, an air conditioner, ceiling fans, and an elevator close by. The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well kept grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have a dedicated underground parking spot, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona.

We had every thing we needed in the kitchen, very organized. Bathroom, living room, and kitchen super clean. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Host, is wonderful to work with, they thought of everything to make our stay to feel like home.

Beautiful condo in a really nice building. Well outfitted and clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. Great pool area. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and more. Very quiet. The lanai is huge with a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Quiet and perfectly located spot

We had a such a lovely stay at Kona Pacific. The building is quiet and in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, beach, and other attractions. We would 100% recommend this place.

This was a lovely place

The owners thought of everything - this condo was fully and beautifully equipped. The deck was lovely - we saw whale spouts! The furniture was comfy and everything we needed was there. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing Property

This condo is amazing!! It is clean, bright and well appointed. There is a beautiful pool to enjoy. We really appreciated the walk ability to restaurants and shops, as parking is very limited and expensive in the village. Highly recommend!!!

Great location with nice amenities!

The condo had everything we needed for a ten night stay. The location was easy walking into town, quiet at night, and had plenty of room to stretch out. You can tell the owners are very thoughtful about what they included for a vacation there. From beach chairs, an umbrella, to an ice chest, and ice packs in the freezer. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Amazing Stay

Loved every minute. Clean, convenient, spacious, quiet, with its own parking space. Fully stocked kitchen and a wonderful lanai with a beautiful view. Thank you Gina for being a great host. There’s even a ukulele to play!

Quiet but close to lots of shops

We were really hapoy with our stay. A 3 minute walk to lots of restaurants and shops. But the condo itself was very quiet. Tons of space for 2 people. Our famiky that we were visiting were surprised at how great of a value this stay is. Highly recommend!

A beautiful ocean view!!

This little gem was an absolute delightful and serene apartment to stay in. We are in Kona for a wedding and Gina’s place had everything we needed to feel right at home, we love everything about the accommodation from the comfy bed to the small details like beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take on your trip around the island! It’s clean, cool, and quite as well!
