Great location in the heart of Kailua Kona. This uint is the top floor end uint closest to the water and very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The interior has been updated. Parking and check in were easy.

This studio with a bathroom and balcony was the perfect setting for our mom/daughter get away. The view of the sunset was breathtaking. It’s located centrally downtown Kona and close walking distance to volleyball, the beach, food, shopping and most importantly, shave ice! Come and enjoy this place!

The condo was very clean and a great location, only complaint is how noisy it is due to being right on the Main Street of a lot of traffic. The host was very responsive.

The condo was fantastic. It was clean, updated and had all the extras such as chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The grounds were well maintained and location was stellar.I would have given it a 5 star rating except the noise level from the teaffic and boom boxes was hard to take at 3a.m.

The host was very welcoming. Condo is very pretty and comfortable. Extra touches appreciated, such as coffee, bathroom supplies, beach towels and chairs. Air conditioning was fantastic. Thank you.

Beautiful unit newly renovated. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice ocean views, however, it comes with lots of noise and the homeless set up directly across the street.

Host was responsive and super friendly. Such a clean place love the coffee Kurig maker and pods right there for us. Air conditioning is awesome comfy bed and lots of room to move around. Loved -the lanai beautiful view and very thoughtful about everything in the closet you will need to enjoy the beach. Nice sink and shower area!! Loved our stay!!

I had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos and was thoughtfully arranged. All the listed amenities were exactly as described, which made my stay so convenient. The room was newly renovated with clean finishes, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the small touches from the owner, like the kitchen amenities and beach activities items, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was fast and clear - they answered all my questions and made my stay extra comfortable. A big thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and for making my visit to Kona, Big Island, so memorable. I highly recommend to anyone considering this property to anyone considering a stay in Kona!

This was a terrible experience! The code did not work and the owner would not respond to help request through VRBO app. I was able to get their phone numbers from front desk and the woman listed as an owner said I had the wrong number and when I called the male listed as the owner he would not take my call. As a result we were left with no place to stay!!Miserable experience! We were never able to get into the unit so we have no idea the quality of the unit. I will say the VRBO help group were very helpful. We did get a full refund. There are many places to stay in Kailua-Kona and this is one I would not recommend.

Room temperature when I arrived extremely cold. Had to adjust temperature. Difficulty opening door to lani. Had made mistake as to checkout time. Had to have a temporary code to get back inside to complete packing up. Had left phone in room unable to contact owner. Thankfully desk person contacted someone to assist with a code. All i all I would higjly recommend this unit to friends and family. Next time here I will attempt to stay here again. Mahalo.

Das Apartment war ein Traum! Der Balkon mit der Lichterkette und dem einzigartigen Ausblick hat uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln auf die Lippen gezaubert! Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten auch ohne Herdplatte problemlos kochen. Das einzige, was noch cool gewesen wäre, wären Gewürze gewesen, dafür hatten wir aber verschiedene Saucen und Salatdressings im Kühlschrank, der riesig war und Eiswürfel im Gefrierfach hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Rich und Michelle verlief einwandfrei, sie haben uns Tipps gegeben und waren für Rückfragen sofort erreichbar. Obwohl das Apartment keinem Kleiderschrank hatte, konnte man Sachen im Bettkasten verstauen. Auch das Strandzubehör konnten wir gut gebrauchen. Lage war unschlagbar, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!
