This house is outfitted with a state-of-the-art door locking system. Your group will be given one unique code for entry, so everyone can come and go as they please. Plus, beautiful decor, comfy beds, and tons of space! There is a cute front porch at the entry, and parking in a secured, private garage is included. The living room also offers plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV. Each bedroom has quality mattresses and TVs. All 3 1/2 baths are large and well appointed for the entire group!

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
