Plus, beautiful decor, comfy beds, and tons of space! There is a cute front porch at the entry, and parking in a secured, private garage is included. The living room also offers plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV. Each bedroom has quality mattresses and TVs. All 3 1/2 baths are large and well appointed for the entire group!

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
