Perfect for a big group. Very clean and garage was clutch. Location isn’t too bad either. Dishwasher wasn’t working but they sent a technician quickly to look into it. Awesome communication. Wishlist for this property: BBQ on rooftop and refill of toilet paper. Would stay again!

I am sure due to the limited time that the cleaning crew get they do the best they can. Wasn’t thrilled with the dishwasher not working a handwashing all dishes. Other than that the stay was nice and no problems had incurred!

It was overall clean, but the pull out in the bedroom had dirt and hair on the sheets. We didn’t use that bed, so we didn’t care, but it was clear the sheets weren’t changed. The air conditioning on the first floor and basement didn’t work during our stay. There were several times that it was 75 and we had to all squeeze into the upstairs floor bedrooms, because those were cool. The basement bathroom had chips on the toilet seat and rust stains in the shower. Other than those things, the location was great. We were able to walk to get breakfast & coffee. It was a super safe area for a group of girls. The host was very responsive to us before and during our stay.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again! The location was great, less than 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, which is a clean, charming, and very walkable city with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and live music. It made a perfect home base for our trip. The townhouse was spacious with three levels and plenty of beds. We had five people in our group so we all had extra beds. Having a garage was a nice bonus as well. There were a few minor hiccups. We arrived around 11 PM and the door code didn't work, but after about 20 minutes of messaging with the property managers, we were able to get in. The managers were responsive, even late at night. We also didn't realize the garage side wasn't the main entrance, and we actually found it easier to park in front since someone has to be inside the garage to press the button to open it.The dishwasher wasn't working during our stay because it needed a replacement part, and the primary bathroom on the middle level was missing a toilet paper holder (a small but funny inconvenience!).The home does have quite a few stairs, so that's something to keep in mind. We spent most of our days exploring Nashville and only returned in the evenings, so these issues didn't affect our trip very much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.
