House is big and so pretty! It was extremely clean the only thing missing was an iron. What was disappointing was on our first night we were all hanging out on the rooftop and we heard a bunch of gunshots a few houses down (we checked the police call log for location). Second day we tried enjoying the rooftop, moved a chair and about 50 to 100 wasps chased us back inside. (They are under the chair) Also the listing says it’s 5 minutes from downtown which is incorrect. It’s about 15-20 which cost us a lot in uber over the weekend. Our uber drivers said this is the most dangerous area in Nashville. So keep that in mind. But the house is really clean and pretty and has pretty much everything you need. The master bedroom is beautiful. We didn’t report the wasps to the host because after that incident we decided not to go back up there which kinda sucked since we planned on enjoying that in the evenings.

Great place to stay with friend group

The property is very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The top deck is the perfect place to listen to music and hang out with friends. The fire pit in the backyard is the best place to be if you’re staying in for the evening.

Nice big, clean, quiet home

Everything was great. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and host was very responsive. The price was very affordable for the size of the home.
