You’ll love this cozy and beautifully updated beachfront condo with breathtaking Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets from the private balcony. Located on the 2nd floor with easy beach access, this inviting space is perfect for couples, weekend getaways, or small families looking to relax by the water.

This renovated condo is bright, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. Updates include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fresh paint, sleeper sofa, high-top dining table, and a queen bed with comfortable linens. Tile flooring throughout keeps the space cool and beach-friendly.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. The living area features comfortable seating, a queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV with DIrect TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The bedroom includes a smart TV, cozy linens, and a relaxing coastal vibe. The bathroom offers a large tiled walk-in shower with glass door, plus all towels and linens are provided for your stay.

This unit overlooks the only seasonally heated pool, making it ideal for families supervising children. Two additional pools are located within the complex, along with grills just steps away, tennis,pickleball and shuffleboard courts and an on-site fitness/exercise facility.

Sunbird is a gated, family-friendly beachfront resort with controlled beach access for added peace of mind. The complex sits on 500 feet of sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters.

Seasonal beach service is included (March–October) with a set of loungers and an umbrella, and additional discounts are available for beach activities.

You’ll be close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer—restaurants, shopping, state parks, art, and entertainment are all nearby. The location is central and walkable, with Walmart just a block away and Pineapple Willy’s right next door.

The pictures do some justice to the fact that this property is so very pleasant and peaceful, only a stay here tells its true story we had such a great experience with cozy condo, everything was at hand can’t really fully describe love this place

Perfect inside and out. Very clean!!!! Location is excellent never have to get in the car. You can walk to everything you need. We will be there again soon. Pools are very clean and not crowded which is a huge plus.

We recently stayed in this condo from June 8–12 and had a wonderful experience. The check in process was simple and hassle free. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, spotless from top to bottom, which was something we greatly appreciated.One of our favorite features was the second-floor balcony. The views were amazing, and being located directly in front of the pool made it easy to enjoy the atmosphere and the sunset. The patio was a great place to relax and unwind.The only minor issue we experienced was hearing a strange noise during the late-night and early morning hours. We later discovered it was the ice maker cycling, so it wasn’t a major concern and was easily manageable.One thing to note is that conversations on the balcony tend to carry and echo toward the pool area. If you’re having a private conversation, just be mindful that others nearby may be able to hear you.Overall, our stay was fantastic. The cleanliness, beautiful views, convenient location, and easy check in made for a great vacation experience. We would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

This condo was perfect for my family to celebrate my son's 13th birthday on the beach. The location couldn't have been better. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach access was so convenient.

Perfect location!

Only negative was the construction on the Condo Tower and the middle pool being closed. We look forward to staying again after the upgrades on the Sunbird Tower are complete. It will be even more of a perfect destination.

Great place to stay

This condo was wonderful! Few little things could help such as more towels and rags is really needed since there was no way to wash them, there was no blanket for the pull out bed, other than that everything was great! I loved having the beach chairs with the room, great set up!! Can’t wait to come again!

Excellent Location

We loved this cute little condo that was just the right size for our family. It is centrally located and within walking distance to many great places. The beach is a few steps away and there is a pool conveniently located right off the balcony. The view is outstanding, definitely the best part. Pam, the host, was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back to the Sun Bird.

Perfect for a couples getaway!

Pam answered all of my questions & was so nice!! My husband & I were celebrating officially being empty nesters after our daughters wedding. The condo is at a great location, very clean inside & out. Pool of as cleaned every morning. We loved having beach chairs available to us that we didn’t have to carry down to the beach every time. Location next to Pineapple Willy’s was fantastic!! We enjoyed listening to live music there in the evening. Fantastic experience & will definitely book with Pam again!

Nice location

Enjoyed being on 2nd floor. Nice view of beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Bed was uncomfortable and pull-out sofa was even worse. No blankets provided. Shower needs deep cleaning due to mildew. Towel rod in bathroom needs repair. Constantly falling off wall. No sheets when arrived but owner was quick to respond and they were delivered within an hour.
