You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room! Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the oversize balcony, and take in lush resort views. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. The Resort offers amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 1BR-1BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes the trip to the beach a snap! Resort life is waiting for you at #305 Pilot House!

Beautiful and Comfortable

The property was very comfortable and well decorated. Representative responded quickly when I couldn’t find the golf cart! The sheets had heanna tattoo marks, but we had so much fun at the beach and pool, we weren’t bothered! Pleasantly impressed and around everything we needed!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Very clean. Loved the decor. The golf cart was great! Communication throughout our stay with management was perfect! We would definitely stay again! One suggestion - recommend at least one more bed pillow. There were only 3. Plenty of throw pillows but for people who need 2 pillows (and both of us use 2 each), one had to do without.

Management sent everything to email before our stay and we had no problem getting into the condo, fetching the golf cart, parking, finding the pool. Wonderful place!

We loved our stay! No complaints at all. We love the convenience of staying at Baytowne Wharf and all of the amenities of the resort. The golf cart was an amenity we won’t go without from now on. Made it so much easier to get around on the resort. The room was clean, conveniently located near the elevator and stairs, bed was comfortable, and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back. Regarding the other reviews about lots of breakables, I see what they are saying but my children are old enough (9&12) that it wasn’t an issue, maybe just not best for young children.

March 2024 Stay

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was nice to have restaurants and activities nearby. I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness because I don’t think the carpets were vacuumed. There were artificial nail clippings imbedded in the carpet. Also, I had to retrieve an item that fell behind the dresser and there were quite a few dust bunnies. I did sweep them up. I did notify the property manager about some debris outside the porch on the ground. Old broken pallets, some metal framing and some other stuff. I was told it was due to some maintenance going on around the exterior of the building. The decor of the condo was really great. Everything we could want or need was available in the condo.

305 Pilot House

We enjoyed staying at clean305 Pilot House. The , apartment was clean, equipped with necessary in the kitchen and nicely decorated. A lot of glass candle sticks... Not a place for children I think. The location was ok although we would hear the screams of the march break people towards the end of our stay. Two things: the balcony screen door is all bent allowing for insects to come in, we could not go to the balcony at all and then the 2 TVs are old. We had to buy a Google chromecast in order to be able to stream. The TVs could be replaced and the screen door fixed.

New Year's Getaway

Had an amazing time at this location. This place was the perfect location and golf cart was a plus! The only negative for me was too many breakables, not really decorated for comfort and definitely not a place to take kids. Pictures are very accurate.
