Experience a perfect Oregon Coast getaway at A Bit of R'n R, a newly built, two-story home located in the popular Olivia Beach neighborhood in Nelscott, just minutes from the Lincoln City Outlets. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the ideal choice for families or groups.

Upon arrival, the large covered front porch with deck chairs invites you to unwind. Inside, the open-plan living room features a cozy couch, two chairs, and a large flat-screen TV, while the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional bar stools at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals while staying connected with your family.

The primary bedroom on the main floor includes a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, double vanity, and a mounted TV for your convenience. A half bath is also located nearby. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another with two twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A cozy family area on the second floor includes a flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa, and a small table perfect for games or work. After a day at the beach, gather with your group for a movie night or games in this shared space.

Coastal fun on the 4th

Beautiful home with a challenging beach walk

This home was beautiful decorated with comfortable beds. We had a lovely stay with a few exceptions. The fully stocked kitchen was lacking baking sheets, the television in the living room was difficult to navigate with the back to the remote missing and batteries popping out. The listing should also explain the numerous stairs required to enjoy the home and walk to the beach.

Beach girls getaway

Seven adult women found this home to be just the right size. Bunk bed mattresses are more appropriate for kids, but we made it work. When we had questions or needs, the property managers got back to us in a timely manner. Booking was easy. We would stay here again.

If you leave anything behind by mistake- don’t expect to get it back!

The property was very simple and somewhat clean. It wasn’t stocked with any little extras (such as coffee, spices, sugar). Couldn’t get the fireplace to work but overall the house was nice and in a cute neighborhood. However, beach was not that easy to get to. The most disappointing part of this experience was trying to reach the property managers and get their assistance in returning something that was left behind in the house. I was told to fill out a form for lost and found that I was later told would never go anywhere. I left numerous messages, and emails to housekeepers with never a return message! Everyone that has accidentally left something behind, knows how much they value staff that work with them to return their left behind items. Just be careful because if you do leave something behind- you most likely won’t see any effort in assisting to return it!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying at Olivia Beach since it was first developed. It is a great location for families. Beach access from the neighborhood is less than desirable. However, the homes are great for comfort. This particular home was a good fit for our family with the master on the main and plenty of space dor the teens upstairs. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and the loft with the sectional for movie nights. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The cleaning has been less than subpar. Lots of sand on kitchen counter when we first arrived. LOTS of hair on the floor in the master bathroom. I dropped my soap and picked it up only to be horrified. Unfortunately, this is becoming a problem for most of the homes in this community. Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when we end up having to clean when we arrive just so we feel comfortable enough to stay. Kinda sad and not the way it used to be.

Relaxing Getaway

My family of 5 enjoyed our 6 night stay immensely. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the house. The house was clean and easy to maintain with cleaning tools provided for the stay (washer and drier so helpful!). The pool is literally across the street which was great after a long day of exploring. The park is a 3-4 minute walk and the beach is close 10 minutes (boardwalk across from park gains you access). Be aware that there are a lot of steps involved to gain access to the beach, luckily a bench is about halfway down the steps allowing a quick breather while heading back up :) . We spent a couple mornings and evenings on this beach and loved every second due to the minimal crowd. If I get a chance to come back to the Oregon coast I would stay here again.

great stay!

The location is incredible! The beach is beautiful! Local vistas are awesome! It is it a little bit of a hike to the beach, but not too long. The kitchen supplies are sparse, so you will need to go shopping if you plan to do any cooking. The grill is not great and we wanted to use it, but we were concerned that it would not work well and would ruin the meal. The seating outside is limited so you may want to bring your own seats and maybe a patio table if you have a large group.

Nice community

The house is adorable in a beautiful community. Never received day of instructions on check in codes for key access. Arrived an hour after our scheduled check in and our house was still being cleaned. Top bunks were completely undone. there was trash(paper plates and beer bottle caps all over property) Cleanliness overall was not great. Beds not comfortable. Hot tub was dirty. Pool key was missing, called property management and they did put in maintenance request. We were left 4 dishwasher pods for four days worth of dishes with 8 people. I might suggest having a map to locate pool and beach access so guests have a better idea what to expect. Having young kids or elderly family walking up several flights of stairs is quite a challenge when you aren't prepared.

Great location, some difficulties accessing the property

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location was great--as access to the beach was very close. It is a very cute little house, and when the windows are open, you can listen to the ocean waves. However, when we arrived just after 4pm (the check in time), the house was not ready for us, which was disappointing as we'd had a long drive and were ready to get settled in for the weekend. After a little over an hour, we were able to get into the house, although the code received for the lock on the door did not work. Fortunately, we were able to call the after hours number and get the code to a lock box, so we were able to use a key to get into the house. The house was clean though not spotless. For instance, there was a lot of dust on the fans and some spots here and there on the kitchen cabinets. Nothing horrible. And the outdoor trash bin was totally full, so we called the after hours number again before leaving (because we were supposed to put our trash into the bin and it wouldn't fit). We let the after hours person know that the trash needed to be collected before the assigned collection day.Another problem was that the downstairs heater/fireplace (which heats the main part of the house) was not working. It would turn on, but then it would just shut off before the room was warmed up to the temperature setting. So, the main room (living room/kitchen) was quite chilly in the mornings and evenings. The bedroom heaters and upstairs living room heater worked fine though.Overall, we had a good stay, but I don't know if I would choose this property management company again as there are a number of other properties in the vicinity, and hopefully, we would have a smoother/easier stay somewhere else.

Great location

The home was very good. Hot tub wasn’t hot, beds were hard, cable in living room did not work. Trash needed to be dumped before next group comes in.

A Bit of R& R

We really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities. We loved having all the bathrooms in each room, very nice kitchen, fire pit and especially the hot tub. It was a long walk for our little ones to the beach but we enjoyed the beach and park. Very nice and tranquil neighborhood. Wish you would offer promotional offers for your clients like stay 2 night and 3 is free or other discounts but overall our stay was very nice.
