The Space:

Pack up the whole family and make your way to this charming, two-story retreat here in Lincoln City. Brimming with character, this delightful home offers a fully fenced yard with a furnished, wraparound patio, outdoor seating, and a soothing hot tub, all just a little over a mile from downtown. This property is also a short walk from beach access and within a few miles of several popular local attractions including numerous parks, the Salishan Golf Links, Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area, and the Chinook Winds Casino.



Back at home, stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, island kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and counter seating for two. Dine together at the nearby table (ideal for playing some of the provided board games) or head out to the back patio, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in a perfect alfresco experience. Out here is where you'll also find plenty of seating and your very own hot tub.



Back indoors, switch on the gas fireplace, settle into the living area, and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, but don't forget the popcorn!

This house was a perfect size for us and our 3 adult children. It’s located in a very charming and quiet neighborhood. We were able to easily walk to the beach and it’s close to shopping and restaurants. All questions and concerns were answered immediately by the host, which is a priority for me. We had ample space for parking 2 cars as well. My only regret is that we didn’t set aside time to use the hot tub…next time perhaps. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach rental the house had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was just right the kids used the hot tub every day in our 4 night stay would definitely vacation here again

Great location to beach access and convenient to have a little yard for the dog to go out to. Nice to sit on the deck in the sun. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. Close to the beach and a playground for the kids, toys and games in the house, and comfy setup. Beds are only moderately comfortable but overall it was great for our family!

This beach house was absolutely amazing! We had two adults, two kids, and a dog, and the house was equipped with everything we needed — extra pillows and blankets, plenty of propane, all the kitchenware you could think of, and even separate shower towels and beach/hot tub towels. We never ran out of anything, and if we had, there was a fully functioning washer and dryer available.The home felt so cozy and had such a great vibe. The only thing I would change is the sheer curtains — I was a little paranoid at night until I realized how quiet the neighborhood is after the first couple of days. Still, I’d prefer curtains with a bit more privacy.All I wanted to do was relax in the hot tub and grill hot dogs on the huge patio. The space was very roomy, and it was only a short drive to the beach access point. The host was also prompt and helpful with every question I had.At the end of the day, it shouldn’t matter where you lay your head as long as you’re with your loved ones — but this place truly made all the difference. I’m so glad we decided to splurge on such a gem!

Just because they accept pets doesn't mean they can't keep the house and furniture clean and updated. Carpet on stairs is filthy, and it looks like black mold on the master patio door, along with corroded door handle. Couldn't get hot water in the kitchen until our 4th day. TV in one bedroom does not work. Toilets are all too low for adults, especially older ones. Shades on all windows need to be replaced, no privacy and difficult to use. Cable needs to be upgraded a bit, lousy choices. Difficult to use old code device to gain entry!!! I have a few photos but for some reason they are not loading.
