This brand new gorgeous condo located in the heart of Traverse City is now available to book. You will be within close walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and more. This is definitely the place to be for staying in Traverse City! We are located at the corner of Cass St and E Eighth Street. Across from the condo you will find The Old Town Playhouse. There are some amazing restaurants on the same block including The Parlor, Rare Bird, Firefly and more! We are about a 10 minute walk to Clinch Park/Beach. Most summer guest park their car and walk everywhere. You will love this condo and location!

**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****

- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am.

The condo is a great location-walkable to Front St and the historic district. Very easy to communicate with the host. Definitely recommended staying here and we would do so again if we are ever back in the area

The host went above and beyond to make sure the birthday weekend was unforgettable!! We loved the location and it was clean and just perfect for a couple. The parking spaces were the only real issue, we were able to find one the first day. However, we ended up having to park in the garage next door and pay a fee, which wasn’t great, but not the host’s fault. I would say to plan on parking and walking everywhere if you can, or plan on paying a little for parking just in case.

We just stayed at this lovely property while we were in the area visiting family. The flat was clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We did not cook while we were there so can’t speak to kitchen supplies. The area is close to downtown as well as trails for biking, walking or running. The host responded very quickly to any questions we have. Parking was included, which was an added bonus for a Traverse City rental.

Great location! In the heart of downtown Traverse, steps away from everything. Apartment was clean and a great place to stay for a long weekend. Host was communicative and timely responses. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed ourselves! Location was near several good restaurants and bars as well as walking to downtown area. Very safe neighborhood! Please heed all parking discussions and get a pass for the parking deck next door BEFORE entering deck. ( Go to State St lot for overnight pass). The condo lot is small and often times full. We would definitely come back.

Lisa's place, as we've come to expect, was cozy, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It's close to Front Street, so the location is convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown. The condo complex was very quiet with no noise from other units. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a cup of coffee. The host was very responsive at all times. Definitely will stay here again.

We loved it! The hosts were great, the property was clean and everything was really well thought out. The location was very convenient as well! Close and easy parking in the lot or garage and within waking distance of everything downtown. Would definitely recommend!

We love Traverse City and want everyone to be able to experience everything that it has to offer. From the amazing water, to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Wine Tasting, Cherry Festival, Film Festival, Breweries Galore, amazing food, gorgeous downtown, etc etc. We moved here in 2005. I am from Marquette, Mi and my husband is from Bad Axe, Mi. We have 2 children. Our hope is that everyone gets to enjoy Traverse City because we know how lucky we are to live here.
