This brand new gorgeous condo located in the heart of Traverse City is now available to book. You will be within close walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and more. This is definitely the place to be for staying in Traverse City! We are located at the corner of Cass St and E Eighth Street. Across from the condo you will find The Old Town Playhouse. There are some amazing restaurants on the same block including The Parlor, Rare Bird, Firefly and more! We are about a 10 minute walk to Clinch Park/Beach. Most summer guest park their car and walk everywhere. You will love this condo and location!

**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****

- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am.

We loved it! The hosts were great, the property was clean and everything was really well thought out. The location was very convenient as well! Close and easy parking in the lot or garage and within waking distance of everything downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Lisa's place, as we've come to expect, was cozy, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It's close to Front Street, so the location is convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ideal location and accommodations!

This location is close to downtown and the accommodations are perfect for a perfect getaway! The condo is nicely furnished and the proximity to downtown is ideal. We will return again and again!!

The condo is ideally located just a few blocks from the main downtown shopping and dining center as well as the Grand Traverse Bay. The apartment came complete with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. On site parking and air conditioning were welcome pluses!

I was there during a week of art receptions at Crooked Tree Arts Center and otherwise spent it exploring Traverse and working on personal projects. This was a great home base!

From the amazing water, to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Wine Tasting, Cherry Festival, Film Festival, Breweries Galore, amazing food, gorgeous downtown, etc etc. We moved here in 2005. I am from Marquette, Mi and my husband is from Bad Axe, Mi. We have 2 children. Our hope is that everyone gets to enjoy Traverse City because we know how lucky we are to live here.
