Conveniently located adjacent to the Trappeur's Crossing Amenity Center and within walking distance the Mountain Village. Highlights of this residence include wood laminate flooring through the living spaces and all bedrooms, granite counters in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There is also a private balcony that offers seating and the perfect setting to enjoy a quiet moment!

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!
